Good Taste - Low in Sugar
These are pretty good, high in protein, low in sugar, and are fairly filling so they can replace a meal in a pinch. I mean they don't taste like candy bars, but they taste better than most protein bars and don't taste like chalk or make your stomach feel like you swallowed a brick.Beware a bit of other flavors though. I'm not sure if this is a shipping problem, a storage problem, or what, but I used to get the Combination Pack with Chocolate, Peanut Butter, and Chocolate Chip from Costco. Later I started to order them online from Amazon.Well 2 of my past 3 orders of the chocolate chip bars, they tasted old. Like they were already going bad. Considering they are protein bars and can probalby last a year or two on the shelf, it couldn't be the case and the expiration date was more than a year out. So either they can't handle temporature fluctuations well? As it was really cold when they shipped (so could have frozen then thawed). Or something else. I had the same problem with the peanut butter bars, so I stopped ordering them online.They do have sucralose in them, so if you aren't a fan of artificial sweetener you should pass.

So Good, I Almost Finished Them All!
The Pure Protein Bars are a perfect balance of taste and nutrition! They’re high in protein, low in sugar, and keep me full and energized. Great for a quick snack or post-workout boost. I’ve already eaten almost all of them—only one left! Definitely buying again!

Balanced bar that tastes pretty good. Has a bit of a weird aftertaste, but tasty overall, with pleasant consistency.

It has an artificial sweetener so it tastes like it is sweetened. I like it but I wouldn't have it everyday because of the artificial sweetener. I'm going to buy a second time.Chewiness: requires a lot of chewing so don't refrigerate it. You get used to it though.Melt: I live in the Caribbean and it hasn't melted at room temperature and it came in tact.No weird after taste or smell. Easy to carry in your scrub pocket (if you're a doctor looking for a quick snack). It takes away my hunger and it doesn't make me want to over eat it.Just make sure you don't use it as a meal replacement. It's just a snack, not magic.

I like these bars, specifically the brownie with the 180 calories for 21g of protein. Tastes pretty good too. Can only eat 1 or 2 of these in a day or they cause GI discomfort. Usually I get the variety pack from Costco but my favorite flavor was on sale here so why not. The box came ripped open inside the Amazon box and the first bar I opened was all melted on the inside of the wrapper.
