These smoke great
This corncob pipe not only smokes good but looks good as well. This pipe smokes as good as my top of the line Italian pipe. When I want a smoke I reach for this one.

Great value, smooth smoke
You get more than what you pay for with this pipe. I put a 6mm balsa wood filter in mine and it really helps cool it down. No tongue bite it all. I've heard others talk about the comfort of cobs, that they don't fit well it the hand compared to briars, but I found this one to be to my liking for a long smoke. You get a comfortable, tasty, cool smoke with this and it doesn't overheat. It's a great experience overall and for this price, you can't really ask for more. Great pipe for anyone wanting to start pipe smoking or for anyone already familiar with it. I'm satisfied.

One of the best Cobs on the market
What a great pipe. Followed a recommendation from a video and couldn't be more happier. No need to mod like others suggest, it will break-in all in due time. Filter is just a paper filter for moisture. Only came with one. Your going to need to buy more. Stem is ok but that was one place I did purchase an upgrade for a Forever Stem. All in all an amazing pipe. Buy a couple.

Great value and smokes well
I’ve been smoking Missouri Meerschaum for decades. It’s the best value in pipe smoking. I don’t need no fancy high faultin briar pipe. That’s for fancy folks. I love sittin’ on my porch, playing my banjo, drinking moonshine and smokin’ my cobb. That’s it.

Better than expected.
This is what I settled on for my first pipe. I wanted to try puffing on some tobacco on the porch after work and letting my thoughts roam. Being made of corn cob I expected it to feel as light as paper mache but it actually has as much weight to it as wood does. The pictures doesn't let you see that it actually has a bit of a glossy finish to it so you can't quite feel the comb texture. Taking the black bit off was hard and you have to be careful to pull at the stem and not the bowl so you don't break it. It came with a filter inside that was pretty simple. I expected this to be a throwaway pipe until I got something "Good" but now I see myself putting that off a bit longer since this is way better than I expected. Would recommend as a first pipe.

Best smoke for the buck
Just a quick review. These dropped down to a good price (about eight clams each?) so I bought three to have on hand if a friend shows any interest in picking up a good habit of pipe smoking. For the money, a corncob can’t be beat. You might find a better smoke spending more, but you will probably find plenty of more expensive pipes that are not near as good, and I seriously doubt that you’d ever find a less expensive pipe that smokes better. Cool and dry—the corncob absorbs moisture well—and it’s not too heavy, but heavy enough that you feel like it’s a real pipe, and not a toy. The finish is even a bit overboard, if you ask me. It’s a bit fancied up, which to me takes a bit of the charm away from smoking a corncob. But don’t take that the wrong way. It still looks like a corncob. I love my corncobs. Not counting these three new standbys, I have two or three others in different places, just in case.Buy a few just to have one in each car, and in each jacket pocket.
