Updated Review 6/10/2021
For now, I will say that they are easy to take, they don't make me nauseous, and they are easy to swallow. A lot of iron supplements I've taken in the past are super hard on my stomach, yet I can take this one on an empty stomach with no issue. It was only the VERY first time I took this product that my stomach had that "feeling" but every subsequent time since then, no issues. I'm guessing it was because I was switching to this product from something else and my body had to readjust. I switched to this product, because I was taking a different iron supplement for several months without seeing any real results. I don't know if my body just has a hard time absorbing ferrous type irons or what, but when I checked my hemo, it had actually gone down a decimal point which is not good. My iron is technically in the normal range for normal circumstances so I'm not by any means anemic, but I need my iron over a certain threshold since I have a procedure coming up soon.Anyway, I do have an upcoming doctor's appointment and I will be having my hemoglobin checked again to see where my levels are at. I've been taking this product faithfully the last couple months so I hope it makes a difference. Apparently elemental irons tend to have a higher absorbency rate and are very effective in people with iron-deficiency anemia, that don't see results with ferrous iron. Some things I like are that it already comes with Vitamin C (although I DO still take it with orange or pineapple juice) and again, that it is easy on my stomach.I recommend this product if you have a hard time absorbing ferrous iron products and want to see results. Definitely only take what you NEED though; there is no need to take more than 1 pill a day as it already contains far more than the daily nutritional value of iron for any adult. Could probably even get away with taking this product once every other day and still see good results. That said, my doctor's appointment is coming up in 2 more days, so I'll update with my results to see if it has worked! I honestly hope so. Trying to avoid the need for infusions but I'm also prepared to pay for them if I end up needing them. Surgery is now 10 days away so I won't have a choice if this doesn't work. But I have faith. Check back later with an update!***Alright, so UPDATE: I can officially state that THIS STUFF WORKS! I had my hemoglobin checked on Tuesday June 8, 2021 and it is now reading at 12.4! When I checked it in April it was stagnant in the high 11s at 11.6. Although that is still considered normal for a woman of child-bearing age with a menstrual cycle, I have surgery coming up in less than a week and my surgeon's requirement is that my hemoglobin be greater than 12 in order to have surgery! I was prepared to pay for iron infusions via IV if needed, but it looks like that's an expense I won't be needing. I'm just going to continue taking it up till the day before surgery, and will continue it afterward to hopefully beat the hemo drop if possible. Unfortunately I'm slated to be on my cycle at the time of surgery so def can't be missing a beat. Hemo tends to drop a little when menstruating.UPDATE #2 08/04/2021: I have since had surgery and I have to say, not only did it help boost my iron and hemo levels, I was also able to avoid needing a blood transfusion after surgery! I'm now 7 weeks post op and doing great!Best I can say is that if ferrous iron is not yielding results for you, switch to an elemental iron such as Vitron C. It works! 69% higher absorbency rate than other irons in people with iron deficiency. Just be consistent, take it daily, and stay the course. Make sure you're getting enough iron via your diet as well. I eat a mostly plant-based diet, but it is high in iron and other essential vitamins. Also, always make sure you are getting enough vitamin C in your diet. Even if it's just a glass of orange or pineapple juice per day (no need to drink multiple glasses, one glass is enough), you need it so that your supplements are absorbing 100%. Even if vitamin C is already in your pill. The problem is not a lot of people absorb vitamins in pill form super well. Drinking a glass of OJ or other juice with high vitamin C content will help it along. Also, take a B-complex vitamin with it so that you are getting your red blood cells up as well, which is equally as important. These are my tips. Good luck!

Helps with Iron Deficiency Anemia
My PCP recommended this product. I have been taking it for about 2 weeks. I do feel more energy and slightly less symptomatic of anemia. Need to use it longer for 5 stars.

Good product!
I've been using this product for a while. I have noticed when I don't take it for a period of time I really start feeling sluggish and fatigued. This seems to be a good price and fast delivery.
