Prestige IRIS Plus 750 watt mixer grinder with Jar

The product I received did not meet expectations. It did not have the finish of an original prestige product. Item was badly scratched and felt used or very old. Product came in poor packaging. Seller please verify ASAP.

Control knob defective. Know was a defective piece repaired with glue. Please arrange to replace.

Bought it a month back, when used the nob broke immediately. Contacted amazon customer service to get it repaired or replaced, they asked to contact seller via mail, tried foing that too 10 times but till then it's been two months not recieved a single response from both the ends. Guys what's the point of giving warranty when you can't help customers with the product.

This is regarding the amazon order for Prestige Mixer. We had initially raise a concern that the internal alignment of motor in the mixer was not in place and completely out dislocated. But as per sellers instructions, we used it the way it was. Secondly, the juicer jar which was sent along with the mixer - when we first used it according to the instructions- it entirely broke from down though it wasn’t overloaded. We then too let it go. Thirdly, when using the mixer yesterday, the regulator switch is dislocated and not functioning. These are the repeated issues we have faced and feels like damaged or rejected product has been sent over to us. Now this product is of no use to us and we need to purchase another mixer and spend additional.

I bought this on Jun 2024 and hardly used this blender. Now it stopped working all of sudden and the buyer says that they cant refund or offer replacement as the date of purchase is more than 30 days. Never buy this blender.

Mixer is good but cupler quality is not good

Got an item which was used. Bud quality is very cheap for the money paid. Don’t recommend this product.
