I like how balanced this book was between spirituality and science. It provided some science based facts that were actually accurate. Which is rare with books like this one.

As a newly qualified Sound Healer I found this book informative and practical. Each of the chapters contained history, research references and practical exercises that the reader could utilise on the given subject. Well worth the read.
