As the price point for 4 was quite good I thought they would not be that good sorry! But I’m happy to say they are. The smaller one is better for me as I have quite a reactive gag reflex and the 100s of pounds spent at the dentist makes me gag! These don’t. I’ve work them all night and are so easy to mould to you teeth. I wake up with less headaches and my jaw doesn’t hurt as much as it did.

I found I was grinding my teeth through the night so thought this would help, I followed the instructions exactly as it said and it would barely mould to my teeth - definitely not enough to be able to wear for more than 5 minutes. Waste of time really

Very disappointed. I’ve had to wear this type of thing for years and thought I’d try a cheaper option and despite other reviews mentioning them melting I wrongly assumed they might not have followed instructions. However, I followed the instructions and first one melted completely. I then tried when water was slightly less hot but it wouldn’t create the shape to fit properly. They sent a letter saying they’d give you a £15 Amazon voucher for a 5star review and I really did want to write a good review but the product isn’t worth it. I’d rather have a refund please.

It can be quite difficult to mould as if the water is too hot it does just melt and if it’s too cold it doesn’t work properly but quite good product for the price

Dunk in hot water as instructions and then moulds to you mouth and teeth shape. Nice soft plastic that is easy to remove and clean . Bought to wear at night and is quite comfortable.

No instructions in minimal clear plastic bag! £15s worth? Hmmm... Not impressed.

This is a good sturdy product with easy to use instructions.However, it does not turn out like the images in the way its advertised. The plastic is very thick which makes it more like a gumshield than a thin mouthguard. The plastic molds enough to suit the mouth shape and stay in place but I was expecting and hoping for a much closer fit. I tried reforming it several times but the issue is the plastic is just too thick.The large size was also way too big for my mouth, even though I'm a big lad, so I'm using the small size that comes with it.Even so it does the job and has stopped my teeth grinding in the night. It seems like a better product than most of the reviews other mouthguards online have received.

Bought these as I grind my teeth to the point they are breaking and one guard lasted me about a week before I grinded through them 😔

Nun ja... wie soll ich es sagen.Einfache Handhabung 100%Ging super leicht. Ab ins heiße Wasser und dann war es schon fertig.Haftet nullan den Zähnen beim Schlafen. Hatte wirklich Angst zu ersticken.Ich komme auf das Problem auch überhaupt nicht klar und bekam nach 2 Tagen Halsschmerzen und dicke Mandeln.Der Geschmack ist mir zu sehr chemisch.Also ab in die Tonne. Nicht mein Produkt

Verarbeitet etc sind soweit vollkommen in Ordnung.Allerdings brauche ich selber keine Woche, was ich das Teil durchgerieben habe.Allerdings muss ich sagen, dass ich auch überdurchschnittlich viel "knirsche"Bei leichteren Beschwerden könnte ws daher länger halten.Aber wenn ich bei einer 4rer Packung jedesmal 2 aussortieren muss weil bei mir nur die größere Version passt und diese 2 dann nach 2 max 3 Wochen durch sind, ist es für mich keine Dauerlösung.

So I reviewed a lot of mouthguards before I decided to buy this one. I have Bruxism and need to wear a guard every night - my dentist made one is finished really so without paying a lot more money again for a dentist made one I decided to try these. I followed the instructions and heated the guard, I forgot to suck air out of it though so .... I placed it back into the hot water and re-did it - this time it worked much better - timing is everything with getting this right - I used my stopwatch on my phone to time the steps. Now it is not as tight fitting as a dentist made one ... but ... it is sufficient for a comfortable fit, plus the material it is made of is quite good... I like the fact that there are two adult ones included in the pack though the child ones will not be used by me and so I would have liked to have at least one more adult one in place of those. I don't know how long these guards will last but.... for the price paid I would say they are ood value overall.

Man muss wirklich gut aufpassen, um den Mundschutz anzupassen sonst verformt man es zu schnell bzw. es ist dann schon wieder zu kalt zum formen.
