I would use Washington and Leaver for extra reference when needed. I found that this book provided great questions and explanations, and I would recommend it to anyone preparing for the exam. It goes hand in hand with the black book as well as the mosbys questions. It definitely played a large roll in helping me pass by a fairly large margin!
