Skin-Tac-H Adhesive (4oz. bottle)

I'm sure this product is the sticky solution i need for my cgm but i can't even get the lid off! how can i pry the lid off a brand new bottle?

does it come with an applicator or do you use a qtip or a cottonball?

Does a applicator or soft brush comes with it to apply? Is it better then wipes?
