Really well made
My miniature schnauzer fits perfectly in this carrier. He is 8lbs/12 weeks right now and will about double in size to 14-15lbs. I am confident he will fit well in this carrier full grown. The wheels seem very solid and I really like that they pop off if desired. I have not flown with this yet, still in the getting used to being in it phase. I did put it next to the rwgular underseat bag I normally take and was surprised it was wider than this bag. That just assures me that it will fit side to side. I normally prefer an aisle seat but will book center seats when taking the dog because the underseat area is a bit wider than aisle seats. The whole thing rolls very smoothly and I had no issue guiding/pulling on our hardwood floors. The entire unit is really lightweight. Not a huge fan of the handle cover being white...will show wear and dirt too easy, but overall that is a really minor negative. Will try to remember to update this after flying him in it.

Fit perfectly under the seat!
My cat HATES being in a carrier so much. Lucky for me, she wasn’t able to escape from it, no matter how much she clawed at the mesh. This was her first time flying, so it was a stressful time for both of us. But this carrier made the process so much easier. My cat gets heavy to carry after a while so the wheels definitely came in handy. They’re even detachable so you’re able to stow it away in the overhead. I was with my husband so he was able to slide it underneath the seat with his personal bag. The carrier is a tight squeeze under the seat, but I thought it was perfect so that it would keep my cat as secure as possible. She might not have been happy in the carrier, but she slept through most of the flight! I almost forgot she was with us.One tip that I would suggest is making sure that you have pee pads at the bottom in case of accidents. I made the mistake of not bringing enough! It is leakproof, but not smell proof.Overall, this is a nifty carrier for the airport. People loved hearing her cries for help. I would recommend this to anyone who’s traveling or are unable to carry their pets for a long time.

Works on Southwest Airlines!
The media could not be loaded. Great product! For reference, my fur baby weighs 17.4 and she had a lot of room! I ordered this two weeks before our round trip from California to Florida & I used it every time we went out so she can get used to it.I had no issues with this product while boarding southwest. It fit under every seat on the Boeing 800; the window, middle & isle. On the Boeing 700 it was a little tight under the seats & I had to push & squeeze it for it to go under. The window seat on the Boeing 700 is definitely the smallest, I’d definitely recommend trying to to get another seat if possible. The wheels were a huge plus! You have to remove the carrier from the wheels to put the carrier under the seats. Before we boarded the plane, I would remove the Velcro from the bottom of the carrier so it would be easier once we’re on the plane. Once I was on the plane I would just unsnap the buckle and Velcro then I had to store the wheels in the overhead cabin.I took off a star because 2 wires were popping out through the mesh of the carrier. I’m glad I caught it because I’m scared it could have poked my fur baby in the eye. I removed the wire & the product is still perfectly fine to use. It really made no difference to have it.Overall I think this was a great buy! If you usually fly Southwest & want to take your fur baby.. I’d say buy this product!

Great Purchase!!
I used this product for a 5 hour flight from Los Angeles to Miami and Daisy loved it! She was crate trained as a pup so she had no issue with it the entire flight. It maximizes the usage of space on the flight itself so it will take away from your leg room so be aware of that but it's great for the pet. (You can see how it takes up some of your leg room in the photos, I am 5 foot 8 inches for reference). Daisy only weighs 7 pounds, she is half maltese half shih tzu so she fit with plenty of space on the inside no problem. The roller is detachable which means you can carry it like a duffel bag or using the shoulder strap and this came in handy when I was boarding the plane because I was able to carry her instead of rolling her through the small aisle space on the plane. The roller works extremely well for walking through the airport which is a huge plus. 10/10 recommend this product.
