Love this prouduct, help to relieve pain.

Great product. Really helps with the aches and pains in the body. As it’s a gel it is quite cooling. I’d probably use it during the warmer weather. A bit too cool to use in the winter.

I brought this after reading a few reviews in the hope that it might be a miracle cream for after my long runs. I’m not convinced that it has any pain killing properties as I feel the same whether I apply it or not. It’s a bit sticky and does take a bit of rubbing in but you also don’t need absolutely loads to cover and area so reasonable value for money. The smell is not so bad, a little menthol if anything and you get a very slightly tingling on application. I will continue with the rest of the tube in the hope that it’s doing some good.

I used the product for muscle cramps and it works very well, easily absorbed unlike other magnesium transdermal products. The only issue is that the amount of magnesium is not clearly labelled. I reached out to the company for the information but they did not reply.

The difference the day after a 4 hour bike ride between using and not using this rub is quite pronounced. I'd say it makes a significant difference to recovery and helps prevent muscle soreness.

Have been using after football for over a month and it helps the muscles recover much faster and easier.

Unable to comment on pain relief as haven’t noticed any difference I use it for sore muscles and daily magnesium intake however I appreciate there is no residue which I experienced when using magnesium oils. It has subtle smell which goes after little would repurchase
