having to sit in the kitchen to work from home I am facing the patio doors and the dull days are so so long! Even with the kitchen lights on it still seemed dull. I tried a table lamp and it was to glaring with the light from the screen of the laptop. I bought this light thinking, even if it just brightens up the table area that would be good. The adjustable warm glow is good and it is set back from the laptop to the side so it isn't directly in my eyeline. I have found that I get less eye fatigue in the afternoon on dull days with this on. Even the neighbours cat ( who visits me daily) thought the light was coming fron a window as she sat in front of it; and was quickly removed as she blocked it completely! I think it has definitely made a difference and it is a good glow to read by.

Great for daylight feeling

I wanted a SAD lamp I could switch on when my alarm goes off and have really bright for 1/2 and hour to give me the impetus to get up and start the day. I have tried a SAD lamp alarm combination but the LCD displays kept me awake at night. This lamp is really small but perfect in almost every way. Very easy to set up. Very bright light. Easy to adjust the settings. I'm just hoping it works!I've used it for a few days now. The lamps stability on a surface isn't very good and would be dramatically improved by adding a second support. It seems to be working already.

I bought this for my partner as a combination of lockdown and bad weather has meant we have not been able to get out and about as much as normal.The lamp is slim and elegant and immediately worked to boost his energy levels and mood. Flogging away at a computer (we work from home) can be very dispiriting when the sky is black. This year has led to brokwn sleep and my other half found that 20 / 30 minutes of bright light really lifted him.And he loves the smart design!

Stopping working music function in less than 1 day. Light was fine. Sent it back. Should be better if it comes with a full plug for socket, instead of only a cord.

Although this lamp is good, the light settings are fab, and it's very bright, it is doing nothing for my mood during these darker months. It is a smart looking thing and I will continue to use it.. just in case.

I got this lamp for my friend as a gift.She’s very happy with the product and after a couple of weeks she started to feel the difference, feels more energetic and it gets her through the day.
