I installed this in a 10 foot tall porch and is a great upgrade from what the builder installed.

This a very attractive light. Nice size and gives a good amount of light.

We bought this for near our front door. We have 7.5” clearance opening the door, and this light says it’s 7”, however, the door could not clear it when opening after adding the finial. Otherwise looks nice & appears to be well made.

Love it. Only two problems: This is where the glass globe base hits the interior base. So glass on metal needs a bit of felt or rubber strip around the interior of base so as to keep vibrations quiet. Other than this I love it. Really dig the finish too.Just a little fine tuning and you got yourself a true winner. You can mark this up to cover additional labor.O, one other thing ... just a thought. This bad boy is in my living room and I would love to install dimmable hue bulbs but this E12 lights just don't make it that easy. Another thought would be to install E26 bulb fittings with a globe a bit higher than this one so all bulbs fit properly. A bit of re-design work but I think you have a winner here. Your call.Second re review.. installed with a good dimmer and stuck some E12 rated (60 watt) bulbs into this and now this bad boy is awesome.. Really very happy..Unit is rated for a total of 180 Watts.. I can light up two rooms with this. You need a dimmer for this. I bought a Zwave dimmer for this. You need a dimmer that is Led friendly. If u don’t have this it will not work properly... end of story.

Bought this light fixture for our newly renovated front porch. Adds a classy touch to the new construction and provides great light! Would buy it again!!

There is a pipe that extends down from the base (when mounted) that is threaded. The pipe extends through the glass and a hex nut threads on the pipe to hold the glass in place. In the unit I received, the pipe had poorly cut threads and was flat on one side. The threads on the hex nut were flattened. There was no way the glass could be held up against the base of the unit using that distorted pipe and the useless hex nut. I asked for a replacement pipe and new hex nut. The response from the seller was that I was being sent a replacement part identified as 17721 - UNIVERSAL PARTS SKU. I have no idea what this is. So rather than wait for this unknown part to be shipped, I went to Home Depot and purchase a hex nut (metric 10-1) that is thick enough to have several turns of thread and this adequately held on to the pipe even though the pipe is distorted and has poor threads. I have now successfully mounted the light on my patio ceiling, no thanks to the service department of the seller.Update: I received a package today from the seller and it contained the two items I had requested replacements for. The threaded pipe and the nut are both in perfect condition. So I must apologize to the seller for my initial response. The shipping info indicated I was going to receive one item identified as 17721 - UNIVERSAL PARTS SKU. It wasn't until I received the parts today that I was sure I would get the TWO parts I requested. There could have been better communication. The light is good looking. It is so bright I'm going to put lower wattage bulbs in.

I was really happy with the look of this ceiling light. It looks good and gives good light. Very happy with this purchase!

Installation of this fixture is impossible. wasted 2 hours trying to install it based on instructional pictures which do not provide adequate information and drawings. would not purchase again. asked for refund of purchase
