Returned one set as one of the balls had a hole in however supplier was great and refunded straight away and I bought another set which are perfectly fine

Damaged Goods - Refusal to resolve
I bought a set of boules last month from UNIBOS. I didn't open them until we went away 5 days ago. One of the boules had a split in it. Because it was outside the 30 day refund policy, the Company refused to do anything. I did argue that they were ignoring the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 which gives me rights regarding defective goods. However this did not resolve matters. Shame. I won't be buying from that company again. Unable to give zero stars.
