Good quality pool but I’m not really happy with jet system.This switch it off after around 10 minutes of work.I have contacted customer serviceThey told me this normal thing as air pump generates heat and needs to rest to start again.After around 30!mins system will start for 5 mins and go off againCustomer service response is quick but no solution as they said this works like this .Happy 50/50 but I can’t recommend it .2 stars no more

So simple to inflate and took no time at all. Would highly recommend 👍🏼

Alright for the price, good size, the heating time is beyond a joke, mine has been heating for over 24hours and weve only just reached 32° but thats because we emptied half the water out again and refilled with hot water again after already filling and waiting 17 hours. it wouldn't go past 26° until we done this for a second time. I followed all the instructions, would have gave it 5*s if it wasn't for the extremely slow heat up time! Its been at 32° for 4hours now not heating any more it would appear....

The hot TUB itself is really but the pump is poor 3 nearly 2 day to get it and still not up ti the temperature

Filled up and ran found the pump is leaking internally so poor build quality? Wish ide have just bought the lazy spa

The media could not be loaded. Works well. Inflatable tub will leak within a year and is almost impossible to repair as it leaks from the vertical crevices in the images. Apart from that very good. Just buy a new one every 16 months.
