Q: Can you use these skates in the rink?

An 82A durometer is good for indoor and out. While they are "best" for smooth outdoor skating (sport courts and trails), they can come in useful at rinks with uncoated wood or uncoated cement floors as well as rinks with dirty floors.

Q: I swear size 7 sometimes a 6.5 what size do you recommended going a size 6 or 8

I have long narrow feet resulting in my ability to wear women’s sizes 7-7.5 based on the length & wideness of the shoe. I opted in purchasing a size 8 and it is perfect. I have an appropriate amount of toe room for a skate but the shoe is narrow enough that it hugs my narrow foot. I definitely recommend sizing up rather than sizing down.
