2004 Volvo S60 Pulley not same size
The metal pulley is not the exact size as my 2004 Volvo S60 stock power steering pump, it's smaller. With my car, the pulley is larger. The actual power steering unit is an exact clone, which looks to be rebuilt from a used core and of good quality. If it's new, then cloned very well and of good quality without having run it yet. I'm going to either swap pulleys or switch to a 2005 utility belt (71.8 inches) from the 72.5 inch OEM belt I have installed. Since my car is out of service until this is resolved the quicker correction might be getting a smaller belt which is available at car stores without specialized equipment. It also might be something to change at the same time anyway. I'll update this once complete.

the product arrived looking good, upon installation the poly seems to be larger the the original by a few mlimeter, we found that out after installation as the belt kept making sounds and derailed of the poly . once we measured the poly the differences were clear.

Fixed ACURA RSX Steering Issue
Had issue with power steering on an RSX, replaced it with this one and so far it has been working great after having driven for a week.Comes with a new washer for the pump inlet but you would still need to get a new one for the high pressure line. Comes pre-filled with some power steering fluid as well so you don't have to worry about it running dry on first start.
