first, I will say that this is a great product. I have been purchasing this for my elderly father who is in late stages of Alzheimers. I also purchased these pads for my quadriplegic sister for years from another website. these pads are excellent.I started purchasing them from Amazon in October 2018. I was so happy to be able to use my Amazon prime account to insure that we received them in a timely matter. On Oct. 1, 2019, I purchased this 50 pack for $34.38. On Oct 27, I purchased them again. This was the best product on the market for the price, and I couldn't be happier. My last purchase was on March 1, 2019. The price had increased to $35.79, not substantial, but as I buy multiple packs, it adds up over the year. I decided to order two more packs on March 4, 2019. The price had jumped to $46.57!!!!! Why? Shame on Medline!!!!!!!!!! Needless to say, my last purchase will be my very last. that's a $300 per year increase for my elderly parents. I will shop to I find another product that does the job.

My search is over! I have bought many brands of pads in the past and this one is by far the best. I use It for my pets when they're indoors. They cover a wide space and are super absorbent. They are so large, they are easy to unfold (they're about the size of 8 1/2 x 11 when they are folded.I was pleased with the packaging -- it came in a box of 50, and every 5 pads is sealed in a clear plastic pouch so if I was traveling, I could grab a pouch of 5 and go.I am so happy about this, I decided to write this review. Trust me, you will be pleased, too!9

The absolute best for holding in liquid. Use these for an elderly family member that can not control his bladder. With these, there is no doubt that they will hold the urine in while he sleeps. Saves so much time for not having to change bed sheets as often. These are the best, handsdown!!

I have been buying 2 boxes (at least) per week for a while now for my 13-year-old, ill, German Shepherd. The were great - larger than the other brands, highly absorbent - a FIVE STAR product. The last two orders I have received the urine just pools and sits on top of the pad, and makes a mess on the floor (and me) when I pick the pad up to throw away. I am placing another order today out of necessity, but if you have knowingly made a recent change in the materials you use PLEASE re-think it. Thank you-

These pads soak right through. They don't look like they do but touch the backside every time and it's soaked! Ruined my carpet. I even double them up and they still soak through. I don't know what other people here are getting. I'm telling you, check. If you just look, it looks dry. But it's not!

It tore and is leaving all kinds of little pieces Parts all over my father. I will be sending this back. Very disappointed

These are the best disposable underpads I've found. Larger and thicker than I expected- plenty big enough to safely pad a recliner or sofa cushion.Great value for the price- would highly recommend for caregivers in a home setting.

We started using these when one of our relatives came home from the hospital. They took all of the stress off and were so much easier to use that the washable bed pads. In our opinion, they were reasonably priced. The quilted top was very soft and comfortable. Thank you.

I highly recommend these underpads. I have tried many disposable underpads on the market and they don't compare. These are better quality. Next to the washable, non-disposable ones these are great and convenient when you want an easy throwaway cleanup. I only wish the price could be lower but I guess it's true "you do get what you pay for". A+++

This is just perfect for sick elderly people. I buy them for my very old and sick mother. I do not understand why someone can give a bad review for that amazing product.
