This is the second box we have purchased. The first one lasted from 2023-2026 in a college student's school and summer camp bookbag. It is the perfect size for his hearing aids, water/swim custom ear molds, and extra hearing aid batteries.

Very sturdy and works perfectly. You don't have to worry about the hatch opening at all, as it is very secure. The only problem is that if you have something smaller and more fragile inside, like a model kit, it may rattle around and break apart. But if using it for its appropriate reaso,n then it will be perfect

Great deal for a waterproof box

I measure Water & Air Temperatures for Elkhart Lake Wi. I needed a box to protect my meter from the rain. This did the job but the sun light caused the air temps. to measure 9- 20 too high, so I'm leaving the box open until the winter ( the LaCross still measures 9 degree too high)
