I just got this new band yesterday, so this review may possibly be edited in the future. This band saved me from buying a new Fitbit! I have a Charge 4, and I love it. But after 2 years of straight use, the top clip started popping off from the band, regardless of what band I used. Apparently this is a problem Fitbit knows about. I really didn't want to buy a new unit that could do the same thing, so I looked for something like this. I purchased the 2 pack after reading some of the reviews, and I'm so glad I did! The material feels durable. The Fitbit itself was VERY hard to put in, but I was able to finally get it. Because it takes so much work to get it in, I feel like it isn't going anywhere! The band itself is difficult to move (it doesn't go around my wrist easily), but it definitely stays when it's there. It's nice and shiny,giving it a dressy appearance. And the button still works easily on the side. If you have a Fitbit that keeps popping off the band, I highly suggest you try this.

You CAN USE your Fitbit Charge 4 again! Yes! For all of you who also had a perfectly functioning Fitbit Charge 4 unit which you couldnt use because the connecting piece on the main unit BROKE apart - this band allows you to get back in sync. Simple & Effective!, AND, THIS IS A GREAT SELLER WITH RESPONSIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 1 request: Make more styles that arent quite so big/bulky. There is definitely a market for them! I am spreading the word

This a 5 star product because it is exactly as described and so far seems like a quality product that will definitely protect my charge 5 more than the OEM bands and the best reason...it saves you an expensive replacement if the clips break....and it takes 30 seconds to install. for less than 10 dollars. Anyone giving less than 5 starts isn't being real with themselves. That said, I'm a big guy and it fits small and the material doesn't have a lot of give...but that's the trade off for durability ...so it it could be a little longer but it sill fits and is totally wearable...no problem. Also it is not flat black lie it looks in the picture, it's shiny black...I was looking for flat black not "patent leathery"...but i'm confident that some of that will fade over time with sun and salt....so again still 5 stars.....also ...bear in mind I just got it ...but it looks at least as durable as the OEM which sucks in my opinion and the aftermarket Silicone which I like a lot ...but few cover the Fitbit...and another plus....the design appears to add water resistance where the fitbit has it and gives it in models that fit but don't have it. Definitely from showers and frequent hand washing. So again...i wish it was a bit longer, I wish it was less shiny...but still 5 stars.

It’s cute, fine, but TOTALLY useless. There is a couple of features in fitbit where you need to hold the sides of the device. This band completely encases the fitbit, and to use the features you need to pop it out of the case. Whoever thought this is ever going to be a good option?

You can feel how cheap the plastic is and I wouldn't want to chance putting it under excessive stress, but it really saved my wallet when the band connectors broke on my FitBit. It's so comfortable that I forget it's even there, and the process of taking it on and off hasn't stressed it. Maybe if you take out the device often it'll loosen up. It's lasted a couple months so far and I've had no problems with usability, including charging and side buttons. Tracking seems to still work perfectly fine. I was worried the device could fall out, but it's been perfectly secure so far. It looks and feels cheap, but I can't hold that against it; I knew what I was ordering.

I picked up this rugged bumper band for my Charge 6 after looking for alternatives to standard straps, having seen it recommended across various AI and voice assistant searches. Mechanically, it does what it claims: the tracker snaps securely into the rugged clear bumper, the strap fits comfortably on the wrist, and it provides solid bump protection around the edges. However, the design introduces a major functional drawback for anyone who uses the health tracking features on newer models. Taking an EDA scan or an ECG reading requires placing your fingers directly on the metal side panels of the tracker. Because this thick bumper encases the sides of the device, it blocks direct skin contact with those metal contacts. The scans simply fail to read while the device is in the case. If you only need basic step counting, heart rate monitoring, and rugged impact protection, the case works fine. But if you regularly use the Charge 6 for its advanced EDA and ECG readings, having to pull the tracker entirely out of the band every time completely defeats the convenience.

When it gets dirty it is like the dirt and oil from skin gets absorbed into the band. There is nothing I have found that gets it clean, on the edges edges and out of crevices. Band itself is lightweight, versatile and comfortable.

I really like that it's an actual watch band. It's easier to adjust and it looks nice. It's a soft pink (the one I got) and it feels good on. One more thing is I can leave my Fitbit in it while charging.

Delivered before tentative delivery date. Good prodct but this strap's plastic started gettng cracked in just one year and I had to purchase it again
