These bowls are beautiful - and very well made - perfectly smooth ceramic and look and ferl classy. They are small - make sure you check the measurements in the advert. I find these perfect for small portions of snacks such as peanuts or olives.

We've got really into dim sum after being gifted a voucher for an online supplier at Christmas. The only thing we were lacking was somewhere to dip our dim sum and these bowls proved perfect for it. They're a lovely little set and are a good size for holding the various dips. They've been in the dishwasher a few times now and seem to be holding up fine too.

I’m absolutely delighted with these cute little dishes. They are sturdy and are the perfect size for resting on top of my tea mug to keep my drink warm whilst I brew a peppermint or Darjeeling tea. Then when it’s brewed to perfection I can put the tea bag into the little dish. My cat has mouth cancer and needs lots of tempting treats to choose from and so I’m using the spare dishes for posh cat food and treats and so she is also very happy with our new dishes. Thank you

These are Japanese dipping dishes, as such they are small. They are intended to be filled with soy sauce and rice vinegar, maybe a bit of chilli oil or wasabi, if you like it spicy, - you dip your sushi in it. They are perfect in size and shape for this. They are not intended to be used as snack plates. ( if thats what you want, you could buy something else). The photos show them being used for some sort of sesame snack, fill your boots, use them for whatever you wish, but be aware of their original intention, which is as stated above. For this they excel.

I wasn’t expecting much for the price. I thought they were pretty in the pictures and about the size I wanted, but was really pleased to open them.They were nicely packaged with this plastic springy stuff between each one so they arrived in perfect condition.The first thing I noticed was how very pretty they are in real life. The colours are deep and the glaze is shiny. The ceramic itself feels reassuringly heavy and solid as if it will last.These little dishes are shallow and small, exactly what I wanted. I bought them because I’m a fan of Korean food and it’s common to have small side dishes of things like kimchi, other pickles, soy sauce, dips and various things accompanying the main bowls. These are perfect for that.They’re also very useful in the kitchen as you can put ingredients in them when you’re cooking to clear space on your chopping board.I wasn’t expecting much from them but I was absolutely delighted.
