Great Business Printer!!!
I’ve used Zebra printers for my business over the past 2 years. After making the switch from Dymo. I’ve had to replace an older model recently but for the most part these are great quality printers that are able to handle heavy business printing.

Great Customer Service was appreciated
These printers did not work for our specific needs, but they were wonderful in letting us return them for a full refund along with a courtesy refund for our hassle. Thank you so much!

All in the drivers
Received this printer and had it up and printing shipping labels within 10 minutes. Setup using Seagull Scientific drivers was exceptionally easy with the only configuration necessary being changing the preset to 4x6 labels and tweaking the darkness. We’re using with Shipstation shipping software and no further configuration was necessary. Will be ordering another one.

Needs a different power cord and finicky when shared over network
My box was open when it arrived, but everything seemed new, so I kept it. But now, I'm not so sure. The plug that came with the power supply unit (gray inserts around the female ports) did not quite fit the PSU as it did not sit well in the port. As a result I would occasionally have to fiddle with it in order to get power to the printer. I recently swapped this out with another cord and those problems are gone, now. Can't imagine why Zebra would send plugs that don't quite fit, so again I'm wondering if this was a pre-opened unit that I received though I bought a new one.Moving on, there's a considerable amount of setup to these printers and if you are like me and need to change labels out somewhat often, there's a lot of wasted labels when tweaking the printer to get it to work just right. Of the five sizes of labels I've tried in it, on every one I have had to tweak the top, sides, backfeed, and other settings in order to get the printer to print well on the label.Next, let's talk about sharing this printer. I've learned the hard way that if I want to change settings on it DO NOT change it on more than one computer. Always use the same one, otherwise the printer will bug out and feed about 3 feet of empty labels when you try your next print. This results in needing a reset of the default configuration and setting everything up again -- so, yeah, pick a computer to change the settings on and always use that one.The print quality is good (make sure to use your settings to lighten/darken as needed) and when it works, it works well. I just wish that Zebra made this a lot easier to set up, as nobody who has been in this business for as long as they have should cause customers to jump through so many hoops to get a printer working on their PC.

Stopped working!
We bought the printer 1 yr ago and it has stopped working. We will trying to go through Zebra with the warranty claim, but it looks cumbersome and time consuming to do. We will update the review if it goes smoothly!

Can't recommend Zebra printers anymore
Ok this is my 2nd Zebra printer in 2 weeks (first was GK420d). It's been nothing but nightmare. It's difficult for me believe that print that costs that much has such a terrible print quality.Issues I've had:1. Text on USPS labels is so bad (faint) you can't read half of it. Yes I tried all various density and dithering settings and speeds. UPS labels print better, but they usually have bolder text2. Printer constantly jams because it pulls label too far inside before each print. Only way to print is to have at least one full label fully sticking out3. Frequently it spits out 2-3 blank labels after it prints one.4. It was difficult to get going in the beginning and it would shift everything by 0.5" from the bottom, but eventually I was able to calibrate it.5. There are no presets for 4x6 labels and if you label vary even slightly in size it won't print correctly.Thinking that it can't be that 2 printers from such a big reputable company are bad I bought thermal labels from 3 different brands. They all had same printing issues. No matter the speed or dithering settings I used. I finally gave up and just got a new Dymo 4XL for half the price of this printer (my old Dymo died after 5 years).Thinking of good things to say about this printer...It looks nice, loading labels mechanism is easy to use and you can use both rolled and folded labels. There are a lost a lot of settings in the printer driver. Unfortunately negatives out weight the positives.

NOT ONLY ONE STAR, DON'T BUY FROM THIS VENDOR ANYMORE
The printer doesn't work. Such a waste of time. No wonder their price was so law that they could attract and deceive people to buy from them and in the end, their printer didn't work.

Power issues in three months
About three months into the purchase, I've had power issues. The adapter has power, but the device does not get power. Chatted Customer Service and now I have to send it for repair. Repair is covered by warranty, but they don't pay for shipping. Not to mention time lost for my business. I wouldn't buy this product again because it might do the job, but obviously it's not built to last.
