VIV Collection Women's Rayon Modal Solid Maxi Skirt

for reference, I am 5'7" weigh 227lbs and I buy the black maxi in XXL (or I believe is also 3X). It fits me perfectly. a little form fitting in the tummy hip area but I do not wear things tucked in so with the style I like of camis, tanks, and cardigans or kimono style jackets, this is perfection. Being that it is a blend of rayon and spandex, it does not loose its' shape, and has some good stretch. A little on the see through side but not bad. I do not fold over the waist because I want this to hit all the way down to my toes like a true maxi. I find this style extremely flattering to my plus size figure as well as very comfortable and easy to dress up or dress down. I would suggest starting with black or a dark color if you are plus just to get a feel for the style. Some of the ligther colors I bought did not work for me because they showed to much lumps and bumps but black is perfect.

I wanted a red maxi skirt for awhile. I like to change up mywardrobe. My issue with this one is that it's kind of sheer. I did not expect to be able to see my tattoo through the fabric. If you wear a slip under the skirt, then it's not a problem; I just wasn't wanting multiple layers as it was purchased to be worn during the summer months.The fabric is a slinky material, so it's more fitted. It's not one of those flowy maxi skirts, and you can see that from the picture.It is soft so that's a plus. Just be mindful of your undergarments.

This is a cute maxi skirt with the versatility to be folded down or rest really high on your waist. I love the color sections as well. I just wish it were a little thicker of fabric (hence taking away one star). I'm chunky, and I really don't like seeing my own cellulite through the skirt.

This ia the 4th skirt I ordered from Viv. I love them. However I was somewhat disappointed at the last two. I ordered the dark red and the evergreen . They were not viberant like the first two skirts. They were dull and looked like I was wearing an old skirt. The black and the royal blue that I ordered earlier was beautiful and very viberant. Would order more but would stay away from deeper colors.

I purchased the Teal and Wine Rayon Modal Solid Flared Maxi Long Skirt in Large and considered exchanging them for an extra large BUT this skirt is for a person with an apple figure and I am a pear. The waist is too big and the hips are snug enough that I wear a long linen shirt to cover my fanny if I go out. If I had buns of steel or the fortitude to purchase some shapewear it would be fine. It is a high quality fabric with spandex so it has a lot of movement. Hand wash, line dry as the instructions say.

The skirts are definitely VERY thin, so it's a must that you wear some dark tights or something under it. It runs small also, but is stretchable. I ordered white and it showed every impression of my thighs, etc.. but the tights smooth that out. I wear an XL, and that's what I ordered, but it took me stretching it to get it where I was happy.

I bought this to use as a slip underneath a dress I got and it works great for that purpose although it's loose around my waist so it falls down a lot. very thin and see-through, I definitely wouldn't use this as a skirt on its own. also it folds over and it's more a-line than it looks in the picture.

Material is super soft. I could sleep in this skirt. The only negative is that it is slightly see through; which I was not expecting for a dark color. I have to wear shorts underneath.
