Needed racks to replace those that came with a cookie sheet. I bake my bacon but the original rack was very difficult to clean, not to mention that the bacon would really stick to the racks. These are perfect sized, very easy to clean with a superficially wash and then in a dishwasher, and best yet the bacon was easy to remove and didn't fall through the rack.

These are fine racks and useful in the kitchen. Presumably for cooling. But they can be used also as a trivet or, as a cover over a bundt cake form, turn it over and then let the cooked item cool and, while on the rack, perhaps put icing on drizzle on the cake.They are not expensive, but somehow, here and there, even in a bog box store, they show up for less money -- when you do not need them.
