Actually works.
I read the reviews before buying. A few have said it doesn’t fit the wedge attachment but it does with mine. Make sure you read the instructions carefully, perhaps that’s where people are getting confused. It was an easy installation. Just to be on the safe side, I cleaned the wall the adhesive was going to stick to and after sticking the attachment on, I left it for a whole day without adding the camera on to let the glue cure. Then I finished the camera installation. I’ve had it up for 3 weeks now and it’s held up great. No complaints.

Simple to use and works perfectly
The original back plate is really only suitable to drilling into masonry. I was concerned as I needed the doorbell to be placed on the frame of a uPVC frame, which drilling would not have been a suitable option. This product worked really well giving an adhesive backed mount to attached the original back plate. simple to use and works perfectly.

Impressive durability – survived Alberta’s winter!
I bought this no-drill doorbell mount almost a year ago, and I’m really impressed with how well it’s held up. Living in Alberta, our winters can be pretty harsh, but the adhesive never failed—not even once. It’s still holding strong to this day. Installation was super easy with no drilling needed, and it’s been a solid solution for mounting my doorbell without damaging the surface. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a hassle-free and weatherproof option!

Good mount
Very sturdy, no issues holding up the camera. Fairly easy to install and also easy to remove the camera if needed for charging.
