Brings back a body energy that is almost hard to contain when taken with a cup of coffee and a donut😜. Does make me a bit restless/anxious but the benefits are outweighing the negatives.

I got my money's worth of this Ginkgo Biloba. It has 240 capsules, and that'll last months. Now Foods has the best supplements.

I was buying a higher strength tincture, but decided to give the capsules a try. I already buy other supplements from this brand because they are a great affordable option from a family owned business in the US. OI take one before work and notice a difference within 30 minutes, but I think 2 capsules would work better for me personally. I don't regret buying these.
