Solves dehydration sequalae
4 rating for taste, 5 for effectiveness. Regarding taste, I would like a bit bolder flavor and options additional to mango. On the other hand, Osmo leaves no sugary stickiness on my hands or bottle, a trait that I find irritating with other products. Also, it's not too sweet or too tart. Regarding effectiveness, Osmo has resolved two noticeable challenges I've had with increasing my road and mountain biking distances--muscle cramping in my calves and feet as well as constipation. Diligently drinking plenty of water before, during and after rides didn't help before. I guess now with Osmo (and perhaps also with other electrolyte supplements), the fluids are going where they need to go in the right amounts. Thank goodness. It's pricey but for now I feel the benefits are worth it.

good for trying to increase your salt intake on long rides/runs.
I tried Osmo with the recommendation of a friend because i lose a lot of salt, and find it annoying to take salt pills. Using this I don't need to take salt pills. I feel like it tastes like nothing.. I add the powerade drops to give it some flavor and more salt. I have also tried the Pre-load and would recommend just shaking salt into your gatorade because you can barely drink it but it helped me complete my half ironman and not get a migraine right after due to hyponatremia.I was also sent one container that was solid inside and not usable. Notified amazon and they sent me a new one right away.

Gets the job done...flavor is not my favorite.
I've been searching for quite some time for a hydration product for women so I was excited to learn about Osmo. I was disappointed when I learned that they only have one flavor for hydration DURING activity. I am super picky about flavors and after-taste but I still gave it a try. It's just okay. I don't love it but I drink it because it's good for me and keep me going. The consistency is a little on the salty side opposed to powder side which does affect the taste but is good for mixing (I never have big clumps sitting at the bottom of my water bottle like I do with powder mixes).

Sweet & Bitter???
ok this has a weird salty/mango-y/sugar flavor to it....bitter and sweet at the same time and I just couldn't do it any more. I would use this when I know I'm about to shrivel up and pass out due to dehydration (i.e. a super long weekend of drinking to stupid town, then yes I would use this to help find my way back to: oh, this is MY apartment?!)

Tastiest on the market I have found so far
I like the taste and this may be one of the best tasting additives that I found in market. In addition, it dissolves in water so you can get out the door and hit the road quick. It may not sound so cheap but it should be fine if consider how many bottles of solution you could make from 1 jar.

Meh- it tastes fine, just don't like the amount of sugar that's in it.
Not really thrilled with it though the taste is fine. I wasn't looking for something with sugar, should have paid more attention to the ingredients, my list workout drink/snack has all the sugar I need. Prefer the flavor & ease of use of Nuun over Osmo. To each her own!

Highly recommend!
Really wish there were more flavors! But the mix works well. I used it in my last marathon and it helped a lot. Plus it's not really sugary, so it doesn't bother my stomach while I'm running. Highly recommend!

No strange colored water
It doesn't taste bad and mixes well with water. Because I have to drink a LOT when it's hot, it didn't last for 40 servings. So it's pretty expensive. But I think it's still better than those weird colors in Gatorade.
