Hi Is there meant to be a twist in the pillow or should it lie flat? Mine has a twist in it

The twist is put in so that when you loop it around a second time, it lies flat - it sorts of untwists. Snoods/infinity scarves are sometimes knitted this way too. It stops the crossed over section where you've twisted over becoming flat.
