Update 2- they sent me a new tire and tube because the first one wouldn't inflate. It's fine now but I can't get it to fold so I'm waiting on an answer for that. I've had my spouse trying to help me and it will barely move to fold up. So annoying. I did ride it to test it out and it rides fine.Update, instructions say to inflate tires to 30psi but the tires themselves show max fill 20psi. 😐First off, it looks nice but that's as far as I've gotten. I received a tire pump with it and it didn't work so I'm going to use one I already own tomorrow. The instructions to put it together sucked, the pictures aren't great. It wasn't hard to do but it would be helpful if we didn't have to Google or try to figure out the images. It also stated that I would get a bike lock..that wasn't included. I messaged the seller about accesories and about the issues above. I'll update when I get an answer and when I try the bike out. Four stars because of the above issues.

I ordered this ebike for my bday, I always wanted one but didn’t want to pay too much. The A20 was on sale for $709, so I pulled the trigger. I even bought $200+ worth of accessories to make it look like my old BMX when I was a kid (v-bars, red accents, etc., see photo). Honestly, I loved it at first… until it broke down on me just after only 5 weeks of light use on the weekends. It had an E-21 error & it wouldn’t run even when powered on. The seller sent me a new control box but that didn’t work. It took them more than a month to send me a prepaid return label after sending the seller photos & a video to prove that it’s broken. They finally received the ebike last week, & I’m still waiting for my full refund. They are showing that they’re sending $709 for my refund, but I paid $771 including tax. Still waiting for the seller’s response.Be warned…. buying from this seller is very risky. I got a defective item and my return/refund ordeal was such a hassle. Not worth your time. Just buy from a reputable brand with actual stores in the US, like Rad Power Bikes. They may be more expensive but you’re sure that they’ll not dupe you on your refund, and they’ll probably have better customer support to fix your bike if needed.

This is my favorite bike brand!They've got a new white folding e-bike out that's really nice!I love the size of this bike. This is a great entry level electric bike with good battery life and range. In eco mode, 70-80% of the power comes from the rider and the range is easily 30 miles or more. Top speed with full electric mode and throttle is about 20 miles per hour. Charging time is about 4 hours.The bike is about 90% assembled and I put on the wheels and handlebars. All in all, it's a great deal for the money.For the casual rider, this bike is more than adequate.

This is definitely worth the price. It’s got a pretty high speed and the battery lasts about 4-5 hours when assisted peddling. 3 hours without peddling. Top speed is near 30mph. The only thing that was annoying with this bike was assembling the peddles. It’s easy to strip out the hole that the screw goes into on the peddle so don’t try to tighten it too much. Other than that the assembly process is pretty easy. I would highly recommend this bike to anyone in the market for a battery powered bike. Age wise, I’d say 10 and up as long as they’re not going on road ways. If they are, they must know the rules of the road to prevent accidents (obviously).

Bike does not fold. It is welded where it is supposed to fold. Battery is not removable, it is sealed in. Case holding battery was broken on arrival to allow battery post room to expand to turn on. Tires do not fit correctly. Headlight does not turn on. Pretty sure i received a returned item that was “repaired” and seller expects me to pay return shipping.

I like how easy it is to use. The speed and power of a 500w battery is great for seniors. I'm 73 and I love it. Legal to ride in Ga. on main roads.

I looked at alot of different e bikes before purchase and have owned 3 others in the past (2 of which at a much higher price point) and took a chance on this one.I have been extremely happy with the product thus far and waited until I reached 500km of use time before posting the review to make sure it would hold up. Construction of the frame feels solid and the folding feature is easy to use. The height adjustments make it usable for a wide variety of users, I am 6 feet 5 inches and it fits me very nicely. The fat tires are great and disk brakes work well. Controls are easy to use and the bike reaches 32 km a hour with ease and will get up to almost 40 km a hour on flat ground without pedalingThere was some minor issues with set up, the inner tube of back tire was out of place when first arrived but was a easy fix with a youtube video and the seat had a dent in it which took a month to right itself. As with any e bike things get loose quicker than a pedal bike and will need to be watched and maintained by the rider.The only con I have for the bike is that I wish it had shocks as it can feel very bumpy but all in all it has exceeded my expectation and is a very good value for the price point, would highly recommend.

The bike is decent but the battery doesn’t last long. It was fully charged and I went for a ride and after an hour it died completely. The bike was too heavy to pedal so I had to push it home for the remaining ride. For paying that kind it price it should last way longer
