Portronics Decibel 1 10W Wireless Soundbar with TWS, Bluetooth 5.0, Clock & Alarm, Upto 6Hrs Playtime (Black)

This review is after about 3 weeks of daily use. I am very satisfied with the performance.Pros: battery backup is of 9-10 hours. Connects to phone quickly. Low battery depicted by flashing icon on display (otherwise icon is stable on display) and audio tone as well. Clock mode and alarm are handy. Volume quality, bass and loudness are good. If out of bluetooth range for about 10 sec or so, the speaker disconnects with a voice message and auto switches off if not connected within 3 min or so. Else if out of range time is less than 3 min, it reconnects with phone automatically and plays from where it went out of range. This is handy. Range is good as it plays in all rooms of the house if phone is kept at one place on charging, farthest being 15-16 feet easily.Cons: A series of words are spoken by the fed-in voice when device is switched-on and when it connects/disconnects to phone. This voice is very unpleasantly loud. Could have been replaced with one word like "Powered on", "connected" etc.at low volume coz the operator is very near to the device and operating it. However, it's more of personal objection and not a flaw in the device, as such.

The sound is good for a small room. Good for bachelors. And small rooms. Sound is clear. Not too loud. Has clock and alarm. This helps me a lot.

My impressions1. loude narration when changing the mode, really irritating.2. Bass is flat. Maybe the passive bass rediator is not well calculated. Better to go with those have bass rediators at both end.3. Clock is not accurate. Slows 1 sec in 3 days. Hilarious 😂Also, the digits suffers loading effect.4. Shiny body prone to scratches.5. Only one alarm can be set and you can't set your fav song as alarm.6. AUX mode is pathetic.I chose this brand as it is a indian product. Rest is unsatisfactory.Reviewing after months: please please dont buy. It is pathetic. Its suddenly switch itself on and keep beeping or in clock mode when the battery become low the male voice keeps shooting. It freek me out in tbe middle of the night.

The media could not be loaded. I don't like the product.becuase sound quality is very low .

I bought two of these in Bangalore of which one failed within one month of use because the USB charging port came lose and got misaligned as a result of which the speaker stopped charging .....after a phone call to the company and exchange of pics the company reverted to me saying the product wud need to be shipped to Mumbai or Delhi which are their only service centers and that too at my cost if I wanted to avail of warranty. Moreover in Mumbai & Delhi too walk ins are not allowed at their service center. So stupid that even in Mumbai and Delhi one has to courier the product to the company. The company doesn't intend to entertain any claims since it told me later that physical damage would not qualify for warranty. Sending a product through courier would certainly entail the risk of damage. These things were not made clear in the listing so have to go to a local repair shop and get it fixed....pathetic response

This is speaker really good .it's sound quality is clear and laud. We can enjoy music 6-8hr by single charging. It's black colour look and very light weight easy to carry anywhere. We can connect it by both blutooth and wire and also sd card. I'm satisfied by this speaker.

It says its stereo, but actully its two speakers both playing mono sound!AND DO NOT TRUST THIS ALARM. YOU WILL MISS YOUR FLIGHT.And are we ***** slaves? We are free people living in a free country. When we switch off, it is ordering us to connect again soon. And all the voice messeages are highly irritating.I bet that the owner of this brand uses high quailty branded speaker at home, not his/her own brand. That's why he/she doesn't understand how irritating to use this one. Or this product is designed for people who are blind and have amnesia? It is announces every change for few secs, and unable to switch modes quick.You may skip this one, except you want a clock with rechargable battery.
