What is the connector on the other end of the USB plug for the dual bay battery charger?

Mine came with a car charger cord that will plug into the outlet of the output socket (Cigarette lighter plug in the car) You can plug that into the car charger and use the plug pin on the charger to charge your battery with the car charger.. Hope this helps...

How can I get the cord that was suppose to come with it?

Neither the item picture nor the description on Amazon show a cable. The charger uses a standard USB cable widely available at office supply stores.

The led light blinks red and green after charging one of the batteries. Why is it blinking? The other battery turns solid green from solid red.

The other battery is not fully Charging. the batteries older than five years Start losing its charge I can also start to lose charge after three years depending on a lot of usage

Do these work with xa45

No idea with xa45. But the battery which I bought on Amazon vendor destroyed my 600 dollars camera. When I called Amazon helpline they told me to call Canon. When I called Canon, Canon said their warranty is void since I used others Battery. Ultimately I lost 600 dollars.

Reliable Backup Batteries and Charger

I don't think you can beat this

A charger and two very good batteries that rival my Canon's.The charger does a good job charging two at once via usb c connection (plug not included)I use these all the time on shoots with my Canon XA-11 and XA-40 (same batteries) and am beyond pleased with the price and performance

Our Canon XA30 recognizes it just fine. Over estimates charge life on start up.

The batteries are meant to be comparable to a Canon battery that runs about 2 hours. The initial run time estimate was for 3 hours, but that dropped rapidly. None the less, the loss rate slowed and it gave us 2 hrs run time for both batteries. Only been used 3 weeks but it works, and it works fine in the Canon. USB charger takes more than 2 hrs to recharge. Do not store batteries in the charger. According to some reviews, the batteries then fail after 2 years. I have worked in battery development and that makes sense for ones that may not have the best power regulation.

Good deal for the money

After fully charging both batteries I did a run test in the camera and each lasted about 2.7 hours. The original canon battery lasted about 2.8 hours. This BM battery / charger was an excellent purchase for my camera. They also come with plastic covers to protect the contacts until you’re ready to use the battery. The BM battery weight is 2.9 oz (w/o cover) and the Canon battery is 3.0 oz.
