Feels good and case is really nice. The tip-top came broken off but nothing a little adhesive couldn’t fix.

Quality was great. Comes with a nice case. Case is not a hard case, but it's not a soft case either. Great product for the price. Perfect add for my Go-Bag!!

This little rod and reel is a great deal. However, you get what you pay for. When I received it, one of the pieces on the tightening collar, that holds the reel to the rod has come unglued. Caused a racket when I would cast. Superglued it back on and will see how it holds up. Quality of lures was decent! Get a couple of senko and Ned rig worms. Skipped using the included line but nice to have as a backup in case you run out! Overall, the rod has spinning rod eyes and paired with a baitcaster. Weird but it works. Tip feels very sensitive but strong. Also includes a great eyelet capture for when the rod is collapsed. Overall pleased but disappointed in the quality of the construction. Reel feels cheaper than expected. But hey, it’s a great truck set up for hitting those sweet hidden gem ponds. Will see if it holds up to large Texas bass and Wyoming Trout

The pole is great the only complaint that I have is the bait casting reel doesn’t lock. It does cast good what little bit I’ve used it so either I got lemon, but I plan to change the reel since it won’t lock.

Found myself on vacation in a canal rental property. I was not planning on being here. I ordered this combo and hoped to use it in the canal. I ordered the firm with a bait caster. This rod (medium) is waaay to firm for a bait caster. It’s a shame. Casting overhead and line goes almost straight down with a birds nest. Rod is better suited for a spinning reel. Oh well. I guess I was hoping for too much. You don’t get Shimano quality for a few bucks.

So they are a great rod and reel for the price. But once you put line on the reels and after done fishing it's hard to store back in the case. The line starts going everywhere. I keep a swivel on the end to easy hook but that doesn't fit through the smallest eye. So to store you have to separate the rod, reel, and knob. They would be much better if they had a case where you can keep the reel and rods attached for storing! Still a 5 star for me tho so far

In my experience this rod has been quite bad. I tried many times setting the reel up and every time I attempt to cast it the line tangles up. I’m not super familiar with bait caster reels but I watched many YouTube videos on how to adjust them and use them. I still had absolutely no luck using this. Not satisfied with my purchase.
