Nothing I dislike. This is the best thing I’ve tried for relief of back and abdominal pain. I’ve got 2 fused places in my lower back from ruptured disc surgery years ago, now with arthritis in the area as well as abdominal pain from serious surgery after my colon was totally removed and I’ve tried every heating pad on the market. This cordless heat/massage pad is a lifesaver. It’s lightweight,very high quality,has 3 ways to adjust pressure,isn’t bulky or heavy, the material is soft and not thick and uncomfortable. I can barely remember to take it off. I don’t want to take it off. Lol Even the packaging is high quality. It has different settings and the settings for heat and massage are separate. I can use it on my side where I get rib muscle cramping too. I love this.

It works good but the battery life it’s less than supposed to be. My belt right now not working because of that. Can you send me a replacement pls

This is great for me with chronic lower back pain it's so nice to be able to walk around the house and do housework while it's calming down my inflamed back can charge the battery and it'll last me at least 8 hrs

The wrap/belt feels awesome and helps my aching shoulders and back. The issue is it doesn’t have a timer. It would be even better if it had a timer on it! Since it doesn’t the pieces burn out quickly

Was easy to use. Works well and very comfortable. I can even feel the changes in the heat range. The extra velcro attachment is good. The product is well designed and easy to use.

I like this product. Good vibration and heat. I would like it a lot more if I could keep it on. Where you would expect velcro to close the belt and hold it on, there is some sooth plastic stuff that barely holds. Just when you think you have got it to stick, you take a deep breath or bend over and it is lying on the floor. I'm now looking for some clamp to hold it together.

The heat could be a little hotter but I bout it mainly for the massage and that works great! Fits and stays on the way it's supposed to. The battery lasts a good while (a few hours). For a wraparound, portable massager, I definitely recommend it!

Like the functions but the belt falls off many times. The Velcro does not hold well and the belts itself is to short. Emailed the factory but got no response.
