Replacement Headset Headband Cushions Soft Head Pads for David Clark H10, Rugged,Zulu,Faro Pilot Aviation Headset

This simple pad makes large headphones more comfortable during long mixing sessions.Whether it is needed depends really on the shape of your head and the abundance or lack of hair (little left on top in my case).It is reasonably comfortable, but a bit warm too.The top straps keep it in place and can be fiddly to fit the first time, but I guess it is a matter of habit.

The media could not be loaded. It makes it really comfortable to wear the headphones, have to adjust mine bigger, because it uses up some space at the top of the head. The bad well I think its not very durable, inside is just this cheap white foam feels like memory foam, I think if you keep messing around with it, it will lose durability over some time, but if kept on and not moved, it feels like it could last years.My headphones keep falling off without this because its lost its strength grip, using this pad on the top which is just buttoned on, has made my headphones stay in place, and are now even more comfortable to wear. This is either a 4 or 5 star product in my opinion, and have no major issues with it. I'm pleased with it and like it a lot. Funny thing is this works on all headphones. I'm using it on my Turtle Beach px5 as I type this up, and its got quite a big headband on the top of my Turtlebeach headset, which is thick.This product is still good enough to wrap around my headset, and the buttons hold REALLY strong. I only hope it doesn't tear over time, at the end of the day its still being pulled by cloth. To sum this all up.Good:-Comfortable-Wide enough to fit most if not all headphones.-Strong buttons on the top-Above average materials-Stops my headphones from sliding off my head- Has good grip on the head.Bad:-Maybe durability won't last-Cheap quality interior foam-Fabric Moths will destroy it- Keep it away from them with moth balls.

An item that i never knew i needed until I tried it.This has transformed relaxing in bed with headphones on.So comfy and such a simple idea that really makes a difference.

Now I have these fitted to my headphones they are so much more comfortable to wear. I wear them 5-7 hours a day wile working so need comfort.These are easy to fit and feel much better then just headphones over my head.I like them a lot and would buy again for sure.Gets 5-5. Recommended.

Surprising how much a difference this makes to the top of your head where the bar sits. I have a normal headphone but the padding has waned somewhat since they were bought and I often feel pressure and discomfort when wearing. I prefer headphones to earphones due to my hearing and the noise cancellation. So I got this just to try and BINGO what a difference!! Of course my current position of the earpieces had to alter to accommodate the padding but it was worth it. It attaches by detaching the strap on one side ( press studs), sliding your headphone bar in and closing back up. It may not look the prettiest but it does it's job 100% and worth it.

I got this becaise i work from home and i have a headset glued to my head all day, which sometimes gives me headaches. So something soft was needed.This is a really good idea. It's pretty much a little cushion that sits on top of your head under the headset.It's secured by 2 little straps that have poppers. Unfortunately as you can see when i tried to pop one of them the whole thing came away, which was not great. When fitted i also found my headset was very loose and rattling around. I understand that they make it wide so it will fit a lot of different models. But maybe velcro would have been better to give a more secure and adjustable fit.The cushioning is very soft and comfortable. So it does work well. I did find i had to max out the size of my headset for the earpieces to reach though.As long as you have the patience to deal with a bit of wobble and adjustment each time ypu put this on it is a good headset. I'm a big fan of David Clark headsets (insofar as you can be a fan!) and have had a couple of pairs over the course of the last few years flying. They are always exceptionally comfortable and I wondered how this replacement headband would compare with the existing comfort of the standard headband.Taking the headband out of the packet, it looked incredibly over engineered and I wondered what all the pockets and sections did. Looking at the pictures on the website it was clear that you just popped it onto the headband following removal of the existing one!After grappling for sometime with the existing headband I finally got that off and it was relatively easy to place the headband on. I tried this on my H10-30s and it fitted very well. It didn't feel loose at all.This headband is exceptionally well padded and actually made my headset a lot more comfortable - something I hadn't thought possible! It feels like it reduces some of the pressure of the headset which is good.The material seems strong and the poppers were very well attached - in fact the only problem I had was removing the original DC headband!This is a welcome addition to my headset and has made it much more comfortable than I thought it could be.
