What transfer sheet comes with this, I was wanting to make this a unit of blood angels?

All boxes come with ultramarine transfer sheets. To get blood angels transfer sheets you need to get a blood angels upgrade kit.

Are these easy to build?

Easier then more complex space marine kits such as aggressors or sword brethren. You’ll need the plastic clippers, plastic glue, and a mold line remover tool or small razor blade modeling knife. Games workshop sells some of these tools as well.

Are these painted or do I get to paint them?

They come bare so you get to paint them and assemble them as well
