Got this from amazon Warehouse but it was exactly like new, sound is good and battery life is decent, mic is meh but i expected that.overall great package for the price.

This headset is Amazing for its price. Wireless + Bluetooth, high quality sound and mic, high quality build, very light, easy to use buttons, compatible with almost everything, somehow works perfect on Windows even when connected through bluetooth (which many headsets fail to achieve because of Windows limitations).But, the mic picks the slightest ever noises. It will not filter out any background noise at all. I tried to use it in office and it sounded to the other person on the call like everyone around me was with us in the same call. It even picked the sound of I made when chewing gum. That's the only thing preventing it from being PERFECT.

The provided dongle just wouldn't connect, even after hours of troubleshooting as an IT professional, it only works in Bluetooth mode, which has a noticeable delay, especially for gaming.It also shuts off randomly at least 2 or 3 times a day while I'm listening to something, regardless of how much battery is remaining.

mic this so bad

Bought these as a secondary headphones for my ps5 they are barely noticeable when you wear them very light weight and comfortable on the ears. However, the sound quality is not that good but fair enough as a secondary headphones.
