Silicone Kneading Dough/ cake mix/ muffin mix bag for safe and easy mixing, Pizza Dough, Pastry mix, Muffin Mix, Cake Mix

This silicone is very thick and by no means as pliable as another brand i bought. However its thickness gives it a nice sturdy quality and that gives me a lot of confidence in its durability. Its a high quality bag and well made. I prefer the softer pliable kind for my pupose because they are easier to fold up. I kinda think this bag is a slight rip off because it only comes with 1 pull tab, instead of both a pull tab AND a hanger Doohickey. I was Very annoyed that the hang hole was not punctured and i had to wind a steel screw into all 4 bags i bought to open to hole before the pull tab could be used. The pull tab feels skimpy, and i have no confidence in it. (Not the tab itself, but the end of it were the fingers are meant to pull and grab.... its sooo flimsy i hope i dont break it.)I am using these bags to store bulk goods like dry beans and peas, thats why i prefer the more flexible stretchable kind, but for kneading dough, this strong bag will work. I nicely.

Be sure you read the dimensions and take into account the fact that about a third of the length is needed for closing it. That wouldn't leave much space for actually marinating much of anything or kneading more than about one small loaf worth of dough. I think it could be improved with more capacity and a way to seal it more tightly.
