SuperPP Tough 3D Printer Resin Fastest 1.4GPa 50um Print in 1.3 secs, Made in Korea by 3DMaterials (1000g, Clear)

With initial testing I was able to get pretty good prints. Had some minor issues with light bleed. As in some resin cured in places on the Ameralabs town where it shouldn't be. Sort like how Siraya blu or Tenacious performs. I will say it is definitely strong. Exposure times are FAST! I didn't buy this resin to be used stand alone though. I bought it to be used as an additive. It is every bit as strong as Tenacious, more thin, cures faster and is more cheap. I mix this as a 4:1 ration with 3DRS Fast+ carbon black for my production parts. The parts come out with absolute excellent detail and strong. One of the best Ameralabs test out of 100's.

This product is way better than the other budget resins (elegoo abs like). It cures very rigidly which means that it’s a blessing to my fep, which loves to introduce impossibly thin stubborn layers to my mono x stock fep. Your mileage may vary, but the results are astonishing for functional parts — clear and crisp!

Theres standing liquid thats not curing properly under UV light and sunlight... I used silicone molds, does it react with silicone? Or did i pour it too thick?

I've used this product in my printing, mixing it 50/50 (by weight) with other resins. It gives them added strength, but they keep their rigidity. I like using it for mechanical parts that can't be printed with standard resin.

After trying different models this resin never really cured to be sure tough and strong, it was almost like the resin in the bottle was the flexible resin. Tried to print pieces of a helmet and it would always bend and droop after sitting for a while.

Die Verarbeitung ist Tricky auch beim Support setzten sollte man lieber ein Support zu viel als zu wenig setzen, wenn es frisch aus den drucker kommt ist es sehr weich und flexibel, deswegen auch mehr Support ist besser.Man sollte es auch wie es in der Anleitung steht zuvor gründlich mit spühli Wasser waschen, dann mit iso waschen und lange genug trocknen lassen bevor man es schlussendlich uv Licht aussetzt und erst dann den Support entfernen.Das erschwert zwar die nacharbeiten, reduziert aber das verformen des Materials.Ich hab einige Bauteile für mein drucker angefertigt und geben bis jetzt noch nicht nach.

Positiv: Extrem stabil. Also auf eine fingerdicke Schaube kann man sich draufstellen und diese wird nicht brechen - sehr beeindruckend.Zusätzlich ist es wirklich klar und auch nach Wochen kein Anzeichen von einer Gelbfärbung von der man manchmal hört bei klaren Resin.Negativ: und das finde ich sehr kritisch. Es ist keine präzise Form druckbar. Ich habe einen Phrozen Sonic Mini 4K und auch in Foren geschaut und selbst einiges an Aufwand für die optimalen Einstellungen getestet. Dadurch dass das Resin farblos ist ist der Leuchtet das UV Licht etwas weiter als es soll und somit hat man immer eine etwas größere Fläche welche aushärtest als es soll. Also ich war nicht in der Lage mit diesem Resin eine Schraube plus Mutter die ineinander passen zu drucken. Der zweite Punkt ist, dass man extrem gut die Drucke Abwaschen muss. Am besten erst mit IPA dann mit Wasser und dann nochmal mit IPA ansonsten wird es selbst nach 10minuten Cure Time noch ein klebriges Gefühl geben.Insgesamt also durchwachsen. Beeindruckende Stabilität und man kann auch Sachen damit drucken aber wenn es wirklich auf Zehntel ankommt sehe ich kein Potenzial bei diesem Resin

Questa è stata la prima resina di questo produttore che ho provato e devo dire che mi ha sorpreso, si stampa senza nessun problema seguendo le indicazioni sul foglietto inserito nella scatola del prodotto, oltre il foglietto delle indicazioni troviamo anche la bottiglia di resina sigillata da uno strato di pellicola, questo mi fa capire la cura riposta dal produttore nel confezionare il prodotto. Tornado a noi, devo dire che il pezzo stampato restituisce un ottimo dettaglio dei particolari del modello 3d, ma la cosa che mi ha fatto scegliere questa resina è l'ottimo prezzo di acquisto e le sue promesse di stampa.Il risultato finale rispecchia a pieno le promesse del produttore, il pezzo stampato risulta solido nelle parti di grande spessore e flessibile nelle parti di piccolo spessore, questo nell'insieme la rende ottima per stampare sia pezzi meccanici che miniature.Che dire per finire? Acquisterò tutto il resto della gamma di resine di questo produttore dato che ne sono rimasto soddisfatto sia dalla cura riposta nell'imballaggio, sia per il prezzo ma soprattutto per i risultati di stampa.

Bin total begeistert bis jetzt. Habe Teststücke gedruckt und mit Elegoo Water Washable Resin verglichen. Der Unterschied ist erheblich. Das einzige was negativ ist: Auf der Flasche steht, das Harz wäre wasserabwaschbar. Das stimmt nicht. Man braucht auf jeden Fall Spiritus. Damit geht es aber wunderbar.

The heat deflection looks poor so it is not functional at certain average temperatures. It deforms pretty quickly. So yes, it is SUPER, SUPER low. Just apply a bit with the hair drier and will see what happens.Fast curing does not mean fast printing. I have used this on full volume l prints for functional prototyping and I would not recommend to print with this resin even at 20 degrees celsius , as the supports can become very weak because of the material properties (HDT), and the suction forces can break them. Therefore, the retraction speed must be way much slower, and .......then BECOMES SUPER SLOW.Nevertheless, I have found an advantage on this SUPER weakness. Now I can deform certain prototypes by just applying a tiny bit of hot air, so I don¨t have to print a new one to see how it looks like.
