Not soupy...really feels like snow in texture,especially if you use ice water.

The manufacturer website states 5lbs makes 60 gallons, why is this only 14 ounces?

no the snow is a great product and a price but cloud slime is touchy .... too much fail too little fail . when you get it right it is lovely . ice

I dont think it would be a good choice for throwing both because it is an eye irritant and because it clumps together - quite messy imho. It also wouldn't be the most environmentally friendly thing to do seeing as it is a synthetic polymer (does not biodegrade readily). The traditional throwing of rice is economical, minimally messy, ecologically friendly, and (despite a persistent "old wives' tale") provides a healthy little treat to birds and other wildlife (NO, their stomachs will NOT explode, rice hardly expands even in boiling water and bird tummies do not boil). Plus, it sounds cool hitting the ground
