120VAC POWER. DO NOT BUY THIS FOR UK USE. YOU MUST HAVE A 120VAC SUPPLY
This fan needs a US/Canadian 120VAC power supply. If you are aiming to use this fan in the UK (240VAC) you MUST use a converter from 240VAC to 120VAC or you will damage/blow up the motor on first use.

Burnt out within a minute zero star if I could
Burnt out within a minute and left a burning electrical smell for hours. Stay away from this as it’s just a chew on and a waste of time

Annoying! USA plug! Faulty product!
0 stars if I could! I chose this fan because it was the cheapest but little did I know that it has a USA plug. So you would have to buy a USA to UK adapter.I bought an adapter for it and plugged it in. It started to produce this electrical burning smell after 5 seconds of being on. Then the motor started to smoke! Then completely stopped working after 10 seconds of being on. Like my house stank of burnt electric for hours!So I made all this effort of buying an adapter which is now completely useless since I live in the UK!I was extremely annoyed since I now had to get a return for the fan and adapter!!! Print out the return shipping for the fan and drive all the way to two return drop off points carrying this giant fan!!!I definitely do not recommend this product!!!

ITEM DOESN'T WORK! Burning smell and then blew! Box was all damaged when it arrived. AVOID!
