My brother has one of these and I used it at his house and I fell in love! Now I have one! This vacuum is so lightweight and it has adjustable suction. It also comes with a detachable brush and skinny nozzle. It rolls so easily and it pretty small so it gets the nard to reach places. It is battery charged and I will say the battery does not last long the higher you increase the suction. But this is great for a quick buzz around my kitchen and dining floors and bathrooms. I like it in hard surfaces better than carpet so that’s something to keep in mind if you have carpet.

I waited a while to write a review on this so I could give better feedback. I bought this after my other cordless vacuum died suddenly. I love Samsung products very well made and gets the job done. Vacuum the stairs with ease. I can carry it with one hand. It has powerful suction. Varying levels of suction strength to extend battery life. Sleek and modern lightweight. The instructions were a little confusing I had to guess some as how to assemble it. After I finished it I found the manufacturer helpline on the box. Oops. Oh well I got it put together with no issues. I didn’t like how the suction head if bumped into a wall bounces back that gave me some concern about longevity. So far no issues with it. I recommend the Samsung vacuum cleaner and also recommend buying the extended warranty just to be safe. I love Samsung products. I have not been paid to write this review. Just a customer who gives honest feedback.

Perfect size for the bedroom, works well but the battery started dying faster after about a months worth of use. We just keep it on the charging mount daily now

Got this for sister in law and I tested it out when she opened it. It’s so lightweight and quiet. Vacuums very well and easy to clean. Love the look of it and price is right.

I purchased this because of the name. I’ve never had an issue with a Samsung product. From TV’s to ovens, stoves and refrigerators. This is the first time I can say that a Samsung product is crap. The battery, after charged according to the manufacturer’s instructions lasts for about 5 minutes and that’s on the lowest setting. It has great suction power and is a light weight vacuum but it’s not worth it at all. Save your money. C’mon Samsung! Don’t start making junk like the rest of the big boys!!

This vacuum worked really well with the exception of not holding a charge for longer than it takes to vacuum one large room or two small rooms. It definitely doesn’t hold a charge as long as Samsung claims. It looks sleek, it’s super easy to use and very intuitive. Even my children can use it. The attachments easily click on and off and the wall charger makes it easy to store anywhere. The cleaning bin is very easy to clean as well, and isn’t as cumbersome as other vacuums to disconnect, empty and reconnect. After two months of cleaning bliss, the main attachment (the king, flat brush head) broke during usual use. It cracked on grooves which hold the head to part that snaps onto the vacuum base. I spent hours upon hours with customer service trying to get a replacement. I told and retold where/when I purchased it, the vin number, serial number, order number, etc. I was asked to do a weird one way version of FaceTime so that they could see the item in real time, which I did. They finally agreed to use a replacement attachment but said it would be several weeks. For several weeks I made do with the dirty floors and tried other less convenient ways to clean them. The part finally came in (YAY!). But lo and behold it was the wrong part (SIGH). Round 2 of customer service ensued, playing out in much the same way as Round 1. Finally, after hours of back and forth, I was told I’d be issued the correct part. But, it’s out of stock. When will it be back in stock? No one knows. Could be months. Could be years. Could be never. I asked to be issued a new vacuum, as without that brush head I could not use the vacuum as intended (I use the flat brush head attachment 98% of tte time). They said they don’t handle that and I should call a different customer service department. So now I have a beautiful $400 wall decoration instead of a vacuum and filthy floors. You can see in the photo I ultimately tried to duct tape it since it seemed I was out of options, but I’m no vacuum repairman. It’s a bust.

It’s a sharp looking stick vacuum. Pretty lightweight. Fairly strong suction for a battery powered unit. It has good reviews so I went for it, as Samsung has never let me down with other products. The battery is terrible. Dies after just a few minutes on the high setting, and the low setting doesn’t really have enough suction to be worth using. Overall, would not recommend unless they upgrade the batteries in these.

First off, I bought it on Prime Day. So it was on sale. I recommend to wait because the regular price is a little too high for what you’re buying. I use it for all the uncarpeted floors in my house. It gets under everything and very maneuverable around table legs. It can be used in carpeted areas for light cleaning. The brush attachment and crevice tool are nice additions. I purchased an additional battery because it extends running time when in use. That’s the only knock against it is the battery. Only 40 minutes of run time. The stand can be mounted near a plug and charged while hanging on it. Overall, it’s a nice light duty canister vacuum.

We love this vacuum, we used to have a Dyson stick vac and it cannot hold a flame to this one. Had it for a few days and have next to no issues with it. Great auction for a stick vac, run time even on max setting is fantastic, with a Bernese Mountain Dog and 2 cats it handles hair really well, and the only draw back is it cannot stand upright by itself. Outside of that we are super happy with this purchase.
