Really, A LOT of info on PEMF. Pawluk is indeed an authority on this subject. Explains every little detail and advises what to look for when shopping for PEMF. I have a PEMF device from Altered-States, based New Zealand. Some devices go for thousands of dollars. Altered States device not as expensive and works fine. Highly Recommend this book! It will help you better to understand how PEMF works.

I have found alternative medicine to be the answer to numerous health issues. PEMF therapy is not new but it's hard to find concise complete research and information in one place. Unfortunately I was uninformed when I bought my first system and did not know about gauss. Strength matters- it is the total deal as far as getting the energy fields into the body to aid in healing. This book tells it all and would have saved me a substantial amount of money had I read it before buying my present system. High intensity systems are very pricey but considering all the health benefits are a great investment in health. It's wise to get all the info before shopping for a system based on price and company claims. Hz levels are not the predominant thing to consider and company claims are, as we know, often inflated and inaccurate. If you are considering trying PEMF therapy for any condition I would highly recommend Dr Pawluk's book.

I've owned a PEMF mat for ten years, but have really gotten the most use and benefit from it after buying this book. This would be a good book to purchase if you were thinking of purchasing a PEMF device, and it you own a PEMF device. He covers the factors to help you decide what sort of PEMF device you need, now and for the future. One of the books that pointed me to PEMF was Lloyd Burrells book, Healing with vibration.

Dr Pawluk writes in a style that is easy to comprehend by a layman. This is very interesting information that I had not been exposed to until I saw a Chiropractor for Neuropathy. I used a PEMF as part of my treatment. That sparked me to learn more about the technology.
