My mother passed away in April. I gave this to my dad on Christmas Eve and when he opened it and realized what it was he cried like a baby. I did too. This is a special gift and you should buy it. It's pricey and I would have loved to have gotten the larger version but it was worth every penny. I'm picky and not many things we buy on Amazon seem to be quality but this is a quality product. Except for the base.If you buy it too the base is a bit cheap looking. It certainly works and is needed if you want it to light up but I would have liked if it had a setting to stay still instead of constantly turning around and around. I'd prefer to get a higher quality light to put this on but the crystal itself is absolutely fabulous and you can trust me on that.Blessings. Remember to love the ones you love now while they're living because once they're gone you can't hug them anymore.And remember how much Jesus loves you. Follow Him and trust Him and you will have a Rock to cling to that you can trust for direction even if all else around you is chaos.

I'd like to compliment your customer service team, for the excellent service they provided me the last few days.  I ordered this on Feb 28th and needed by March 3rd, but the promise delivery on the website was between March 3rd-March 7th. I sent a message to the seller on this platform but I received an automated response to give the seller 2 days to respond. I was nervous that it would not arrive on time. I called Amazon customer service and she gave me a phone number to call the seller. I called it it was not a good number. I went online and sent another message through the sellers official website.The next morning, I kept receiving calls from an unknown number. I thought somehow my number was sold to solicitors because it was a different area code. However, I got notification of voicemail. Oh my goodness, Captur3d customer service, trying to reach me so that they could help get my product to me on time. Summer, the wonder young lady, helped escalate my order. The photo I sent had about 180-200 people in it, so Summer was concerned it would take too much time to make it due to the amount of people and she offered me other possible options that were also great solutions but to our surprise, the team had started making the crystal from the night before so that it could be made on time. It was sent out that same day and it arrived by 12pm on the 3rd. Wow...I was in tears of joy. This was a very significant, personal gift to very special person so it meant the world to us.This is my first time working with Captur3d and I must say, you have an impeccable customer service team!For any future crystals, your the only organization I will order from! Your dynamic team really touched our hearts by going above and beyond for us and they are very worthy to be commended. I did not like this, I LOVE IT. I got this as a birthday gift for my wife. It was late getting here so I told her what I go her. She was not thrilled about it. I was not home when it did arrive and she opened it. She was blown away at it's beauty and fell in love with it. Thanks for helping me make our memories last forever and for making her birthday gift one she loves and can cherish for a lifetime.

I went to order 1 horizontal small square crystal and was thrilled to find they were offering 2nd one half off! So I went ahead and bought them. First let me say, the price for one crystal was less then any other stores, let alone getting the 2nd one. The product was very well made the picture came out perfect. Customer service was awesome. The one lighted base was not in the box when it arrived so I informed them and was immediately sent a replacement without ANY hassle. Thankyou Kourtney for your professional and courteous response!

Crystal came out so beautiful. My only complaint is that the description for the base says wood and it absolutely is not wood, so I was pretty disappointed in that. Otherwise it's wonderful.
