The chips are great, but the shipping process causes the product to melt a little bit if it's at all warm. So order enough of this product in the winter time to last you throughout the warm and hot months.

I love the flavor and simple incredients, and having it in chips is really nice for making a healthy gorp. These are hard to find in single-bag quantities; I've ordered once and already Amazon Fresh is out of stock. I wish I could find single bags of the 100% cacao for a reasonable price (less than $9) to see if I like that as well.

I consume this primarily in smoothie where I add a couple tablespoons of the chocolate chips to my chocolate smoothie recipes where it blends in perfectly.With my last order though the chips arrive as a solid block as they have been in a very hot area and then solidified a second time. From now on I will buy chocolate chips at the local supermarket.

First off, I don't like dark chocolate at all, but when on a low-carb/keto diet, you have to do what you have to do. I researched some other chocolate chip brands and decided they had way too much sugar for me, so I tried Pascha because they had 85% cacao. I made keto chocolate chip cookies. I didn't like the cookie, but I loved the chips. I now add them to my whipped cream for a really fun, easy dessert. These chips have a real nice smooth chocolate taste and no bitterness. This price was perfect and you don't need a ton of chips to get the effect. This is my go-to chip from now on!
