I suppose I could have written a better headline but heck they are just massage/lacrosse balls. I expected a softer feel because my physical therapist (acupuncture holistic treatment) recommended. I’m not planning on playing lacrosse but who knows. Pretty silly review, eh. I think it’s pretty silly that all the merchants and Amazom need these strokes to feel good.

These are hard lacrosse balls. They are what I expected and wanted from a lacrosse ball. I use this on my feet , ankles, and sometimes on my back. This has allowed me to improve flexibility and mobility. Great for strengthening feet as well.

The shape is good. The size is good for my neck. I lay on it and the roundness allows me to turn my head side to side to roll the ball across the muscle fibers. I use it at the base of my skull to relieve my headache tension

Love to roll these balls on the bottom of my feet!!
