Its best to wait 14-21 days as skin will continue to ...
I was a little nervous to try this at first, but I had a lot of sun spots that I wanted to get rid of. I spot tested this solution first on the back of my hands. I cleaned them first and prepped my skin with alcohol and let the solution dry. I applied the TCA 15% with a qtip and left on for 1 minute. There was a slight tingling but no real burning or pain. I then washed off the solution with water...and waited. A few days later there was some flaking but nothing too major. I do think that some of the age spots on my hands have lightened a bit. I tried it on my face next with the same prep as before. I left on my face for 1 minute and noticed only mild warmth. Again, a few days later there was flaking and I've noticed lightening on my facial spots. Its best to wait 14-21 days as skin will continue to improve during this time. I plan to wait 3 weeks and treat my face again but for 2 minutes. Overall, I'm very happy with this product. Can't beat the price compared to professional services of more than $100!

Works beautifully. Two weeks later and I'm still peeling
This is the REAL DEAL. Works beautifully. Two weeks later and I'm still peeling. It's more of a continual flaking than a peeling. Layer by layer my skin is coming back to how it looked when I was younger! I love TCA....doesn't burn nearly as much as glycolic and just works so much better for sun damage. Hope this comes back in stock soon!! It's the bomb!!!

Really great product .ill start by saying I have used retinol for 6 years , and use glycolid acid and vitamins c 3x a week so I'm pretty abusive to my skin .I used this the first time 1 layer for 5 minutes . It didn't really do much because I have good skin so 2 days later I did another single application for 5 minutes and my skin peeled for 3 days after . My skin looks like baby skin now and I can't wait to use it again . It's addicting! I love this and wil recommend to every one I know who pays $$$ for peels at the dr office !

My personal favorite
I have previously oily, now mature skin and I use this to firm and remove some signs of aging. I have relatively tough skin and am used to peels. I've used many of the usual suspects in acids but my skin really likes this one. It can be gentle or a little more depending on the time I leave it on. After a shower but with dry skin, I apply with fan brush or cotton pad all over my face. If I wash it off right away, there will not really be any sign I used it except my skin will be a little tighter for a couple of days (useful for events.) Left on longer, it does burn, I will have redness for a couple of hours, but find the burn feels worse than it ends up being. I haven't gone past a couple of minutes as I'm trying to do more often/less aggressively. The most I get from the longer duration peels is a few dry spots and teeny tiny peeling in some areas. To neutralize, I always have baking soda that I pour in my hand, add water, pat all over, then rinse. *If you have sensitive skin you may not have the same results. My forehead is least sensitive and where I test my initial use of a new acid peel.

Great but use gloves!
So I'm 43 and have some mild to moderate sun damage on my lower legs. I thought I'd try this to see if it would help with that. I've had a TCA peel at my dermatologists office several years ago on my face (I think it was a 30%) the " ugly " day factor on that was a bout a week. Under my eyes turned brown like I was a football player! But my skin did look better "after" . So the directions say to use a q-tip to apply. USE A Q-TIP!!!!! I didn't because I was applying to a larger area and thought it would be too tedious. I used a cotton circle pad. Well the solution soaked through and my finger tips now feel like sandpaper and look like my fingers are 200 years old! Yikes! So I ended up applying to my legs, tops of arms, hands and my face. My face actually got the best results and was all glowy and fresh with some mild peeling around my chin by day 3. The tops of my hands are still peeling and not much difference on my legs. I think I might try a 30% on my legs. I had some millia around my eyes and it's pretty much gone! Skin tone and eveness much better. I will be sure to use gloves or a a-tip next time! Lesson learned! Oh, I just washed off the 15% tca after a few minutes I didn't even use the buffer solution that came with it.

First and foremost, I do NOT recommend anyone who's skin is not accustomed to peels to try this at home. TCA peels are very strong even at low percentages. Always start low and allow your skin to get used to acids before attempting a TCA peel. Some great acids for beginners are mandelic or lactic acid peels. My skin is very used to peels, I've tried peels from an online skincare company that included mandelic, lactic, and glycolic is varying strengths. I wanted to do something stronger for some post-acne marks. So I chose this TCA peel. I applied it and left it on for 3 minutes and YES, it burned. Having a fan blowing on your face helps. I started peeling around day 3 or 4 and peeled for about 7 days. It significantly lightened sun spots and the red acne marks. This is a great peel!
