very sad, it is my main work product and it is arriving very damaged
the boxes are too broken, more than half of the product damaged, I suppose that such an expensive and edible product should not be in those conditions, much less to resell it, I have been buying it for years and in recent months I have lost my money...

Pre-open box
Unfortunately we received our box poorly taped and it was opened when we got it.Comes in this box, inside a styrofoam xase, inside another box. Was very cold but receivd not completely frozen either. Luckily the sheets stayed separate

Great product
The pastry sheets are wonderful. It is so nice to have a large supply of the sheets. The sheets are flat so no unfolding is necessary.

Great puff pastry!
We were apprehensive about buying something like this online, but we needn't have worried. The pastry came frozen solid as it was supposed to in a large Styrofoam cooler with dry ice keeping the contents cold. It went right into the freezer and has been used extensively since then. Buy again!

No cracks!
I love having these in the freezer for use any time. They seem to last quite a while without drying out, and best of all, no cracks like the boxed ones you get at the store are. Really happy with these, and have re-ordered.
