As a sufferer of reflux I tend to experience a sour gut often. When I saw this product I wanted to give it a try. Being all natural made it very attractive. So, I made myself a brew and sweetened it with a little honey. The taste was pleasent but mild. Sort of a hint of flavour. I will say that a short time after use my gut was feeling less sour than it had been. So, some results were being experienced. Now we all have heard wonderful stories of various natural treatements coming from the far east so I trusted those stories and, in this case, think that I am experiencing some positive results. Looks like some of those stories have merrit.I can say that this is something that I would like to continue to use. Unfortunately, it would only have to be sporatic use as it would not be cost effective. The recommended use is to use 2 bags with every cup and to use it twice a day. With 20 bags in the box that would give you 5 days. At close to $22 a box it could cost well beyond affordable. At least for me. Now, I am going to only use it when other treatments fail and see how that holds up.Comes in a nice box with 20 bags sealed in a silver foil type of wrapper. You toss 2 bags in hot water and wait two minutes or until brewed to your desired taste. I left it in a bit longer. I added honey but it can be used alone. I tried it without sweetener and it was not bad at all. I just prefer a little sweetener myself. As I said earlier, it is not overpowering in taste. It has a pleasent mild flavour which is probably a good thing for those that have a more sour gut.I will use it sparingly and if that works, might keep a box around for those times it will be helpful as it is a good product and does what it is suppose to be doing. Well, at least it does for me.

I just got the package on Saturday and tried one tea Sunday morning with a toast. I had severe stomach pain. Called my doctor and he said not to take this tea again. This morning I had my green tea as usual with a toast and no pain. The sellers does not have any warnings of side effects like this. I do not recommend for anybody to buy this tea without their doctor's review. Also, be careful because it has no return in case you get sick. I think a call to the FDA is the best way to go.

Taste good, value for the money and works best.

Amazon would not accept the review I submitted earlier citing "medical misinformation" because I said that this tea helps my daughter-in-law with her condition which is literally IN the name of this tea. So, still good tea, still bad screening by Amazon.
