Nano Workouts: Get in Shape and Lose Weight During Everyday Activities

An excellent way to make the most of your day!
Many years ago I adopted the concept of NET time from master coach Tony Robbins. The principle is very easy to apply. NET (No Extra Time) is all that time you have available when doing things that doesn't require all your mental processing power, or your physical activity for that matter. This could be learning something during the morning walk through an audiobook, or folding laundry while watching a documentary on the television. The suggested workouts of Joakim Christofferson's fit perfectly into the concept of NET, and now I'll easily find more time to exercise! Following the suggestions in this book keeping healthy simply takes No Extra Time out of my already busy schedule. Love it!

Nano work out
This has proven to be a lot fun for me and my co-workers. We use this when things are quiet during our night shift.

Take the stress out of working out and do nano workouts throughout the day
I really enjoyed this little book. I already apply many of the exercises in it throughout my day and find them most effective. But, I learned some new places to exercise (in the bathroom, for example.)People tend to stress going to the gym and doing formal workouts. That's fine. But in reality, you can still be sedentary even if you workout three or more times a week in a planned program. It's daily activity that matters. That's what determines if you're active or sedentary. To that end, this book has a good deal of value. Of course, a lot has been written on ways to get us out of the chair and moving and standing more. But I personally like the idea of nano workouts because they're always available to us and they can be done to some degree by everyone.I highly recommend this book.- Susanna K. Good book about getting in some general fitness throughout your day. Reminds me of Everyday Fitness by Dan Landrie. Both good books to get you moving more!

FUN AND EASY WAY TO EXERCISE!
I know I need to exercise more and I want to. I can’t afford the gym and going takes valuable minutes out of an already busy day. Exercise videos are great too, but again, I have to set aside time. Where extra time is concerned I have trouble being motivated on top of my regular lack of motivation! What’s a girl to do? This book was the answer to my problem! It incorporates exercise into tasks I am already doing!! A win win solution! The exercise illustrations are great and even a bit humorous. The book is divided into areas of daily routine we all do: the bathroom, (yes you can sit on the toilet and exercise! Genius!) shopping, cleaning, driving, at the office, in the kitchen, on the couch, and in the bedroom. The small size of the book makes it easy to carry it with you from room to room. This won’t prepare me to enter a fitness pageant, but I be getting into better shape. I see once these workouts and everyday activities become a habit, my fitness level will increase. I believe success and feeling better will motivate me to do more, maybe some exercise videos. You never know, I might even save up and go some classes at the gym!I received this book free from Ulysses Press in exchange for an honest review. The opinions I have stated are my own.
