So i use this pc all the time for games, and i personally love it. It came in perfect condition with no cables loose or hanging, the cable management is pretty good, and all of the components are a steal of a price. It can run any game i feel like playing at max settings with 160 render rez at 100+ fps in 1080p. So far i have had no problems with it. The noise levels are pretty low but i have a headset on 24/7 so i can never hear it anyway. It looks beautiful, the rgb on the outside is really good and the amount of control on the rgb is no slouch either. It has plenty of ports so you never run short there. And i kept seeing all of the reviews about it coming in and having a broken component or it gave out quick but i have had no problems with that as i said before. If you're looking for a pc in this day and age where a 3060 ti is double the price of msrp then this pc should hold no doubts. 2 weeks in and its doing perfectly. Also, most of the bad reviews were on the 1660 super version and the one i purchased is a 3060 ti so there may be a different view there.

Overall very good product, some issues during shipping where some cables came loose but the support was more than helpful in walking me through every step to fix the problem. It works very well and has very nice Temps. (The loose side and the extra 2 sticks of ram do not come with it, I added those lol). All in all it's a very good product for the price and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a PC in the 1800 price range (this is the 3060 ti version).

After almost a year of use I can say its a good PC, however, the wifi is very slow no matter how close to the router it is. Tested in two houses, multiple locations in both homes, and when I do a speed test it always shows up as poor and slow, which is reflected anytime I use my search engine, however most of my games run well enough, with some occasional crashing depending on the game (mostly due to wifi/connection) I'm not much of a PC guy, I did my initial research for the specs I wanted and its kinda gotten lost overtime, but if you are knowledgeable enough to get a piece to make the wifi connect better its definitely worth it, if not I would look elsewhere because I really stray away from using the PC for anything other than a few hardcore games my laptop cant run, I feel buyers remorse with how much it ends up sitting

My son bought this computer , with his own money, on August 20th. So he had it now for 40 days and there’s a severe issue with the graphics card/motherboard. Amazon is useless because it’s just past the 30 days, so can’t return it. Contact Skytech and their customer service is a joke! Basically you have 2 options if you need a replacement part. Option 1 send the old part to them first and wait for them to send u a new one, so no computer for at least 2 weeks, or you have to pay a deposit for them to send you the part, in our case $300!!!. Is it just me or is that ridiculous, this piece of crap pc is supposed to be under warranty from your company and I’m going to have to pay to get a replacement part. Yeah you get the money back when you send them the “broken” part. What? I’m so very disappointed and mad because my son was so proud to be able to buy his first comp on his own and now he’s left with this! Hindsight is 20/20 because I now looked at the BBB and there’s a ton of complaints, wish I’d taken the time to look more into the company before the purchase. Lesson learned for both of us, anyway came here to warn others!! Just google complaints for Skytech and you will see!

Had the PC for a little over a week so far, waiting to write a review until after any random failures other reviewers experienced shortly after getting it running, but smooth sailing so far. The set up, both hardware and software, was quick and easy and while the shipping box was a little banged up I was very impressed with how well the packing kept it safe. I'm not exactly a computer expert but I've fooled around enough with the insides of a PC to know that everything was where it should be under the hood. As far as performance goes I paid over $2k for this PC and it runs as well as you expect. I've yet to boot up a game that it doesn't run at over 100 fps on max graphic settings. The real test for me was hopping in a hunt train in FF14 and seeing the PC just not care that it was rendering over 100 players unload all their flashy attacks on poor critters. However the fans did have to crank it up a notch to the point where I could barely hear them with my headphones on, that's literally the only "complaint" I have. TLDR - Arrived well protected and put together, set up was a breeze, it plays games like a champ, but the fans get noticed when big boy power is required. 10/10 would buy again.
