Im updating my review when I first ordered the massage cushion it wasn’t exactly what I wanted, Zi thought it was shitzu but I was mistaken it does have heat, it does massage with vibration, and squeezing your neck, hip area but doesn’t do the kneading movement up and down your back , however I do want to update my review as it pertains to the wonderful customer service They reached out to me apologized to me for the product not meeting my expectations they offered me a different massage product of my choice free of charge, i thought that was the best customer service i ever received! I ordered the leg compression massagers with heat they arrived today i tried them and I think they will be wonderful after a long day of hiking I just want to say I ve ordered many many products off amazon this was the first Company to reach out to me, id definitely recommend them I would order from them again without hesitation.

I love thiis, especially when it gets to your neck and it squeezes it really good quality massage pad highly recommend it for the price! Perfect on a recliner

I think it's amazing

It is not what you would expect it to be. It basically just inflates and deflates. Mainly just squeezing your neck. The air bags on the lower back aren’t really in the right spot and could be better if you could adjust it. Would definitely recommend a different style. As far as a massage chair this is not what I would be looking for. It’s very uncomfortable and more or less a vibrating heat pad.

I really like this thing. the heating on it is fine and helps to soothe achey muscles. the neck area is adjustable for people of different heights and honestly is one of the main reasons I went with this one. I'm not a fan of the hard balls rolling around on my head but I really like the feel of this squeezing my neck and hips. It's kinda like a blood pressure cuff filling up and releasing. It does a good job of varying what is massaging what. there is some noise from the air being blown in and out but it's not a loud or annoying noise. I find myself very relaxed in it. the pressure points for the bum are quite nice, you just have to make sure you are sitting all the way back to get full use of them. Overall I am very happy with this purchase and look forward to using it more.
